Not enough updates on progress & when I did get an update. they were always trying to sell me something else. they get you by offering you a complete website for $149.00 which I knew when i inquired, it would be some type of catch. Well the catch is it was an informational website. So I signed up for a $750.00 package that seemed like a good starting point & I asked several times about additional costs & was assured there would be no additional costs. Then they tried to sell me other add-ons that i was told came with the package I signed up for like SEO, Domain + hosting & SSL Certificate. I was also told that if I was not 100% satisfied i would be refunded. As soon as I said that I would like a refund all calls stopped.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and creative. They took the time to understand my business goals and provided valuable insights into effective digital marketing strategies. The final website exceeded my expectations, and I've seen a significant increase in website traffic and leads. I would highly recommend Design Genious to anyone looking for a top-notch digital agency.

Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I engaged this so-called "design" company on 2/2/24, lured in by their bogus claim of a "100% satisfaction guarantee." I requested a logo and was promised a finished product. Instead, I received a single, appalling proposal that looked like it was created by an amateur.

Six months later, I was contacted by someone informing me that the company had been dissolved due to poor service. They offered to match me with a new provider, which I reluctantly agreed to, under the condition that I couldn't be reached by phone due to my 70-hour workweek. What followed was a nightmare.

An individual named ANTHONY HOLMES began harassing me incessantly, completely disregarding my work schedule. His aggressive pressure tactics made me suspect that he was a scammer. When I expressed that the harassment was unacceptable and perhaps this was not the best fit, he claimed to have sent logos via email—emails that I never received. He absurdly accused me of being a scammer and even told me I "did not have eyes."

To add insult to injury, he confused me with someone named Sharon, who had supposedly scammed him in the past. When I demanded a refund, he attempted to blackmail me into writing a negative review for the old company and a glowing one for himself, insisting he wasn't part of the previous disaster.

This experience has been nothing short of a blasphemous ordeal. This company and its representatives, particularly Anthony Holmes, are utterly unprofessional and deceitful. Avoid this service like the plague!

Excellent communication skills. The design team is sublime and understands the legality of every project. I highly recommend them on any project from beginning to finished product..👽💫

After my project began. I was up-sold on SEO content. The material that they gave me sounded like it was written by a 3rd grader. When I asked for a refund I have gotten the run around for MONTHS. I am still waiting for contact from them. Also the info they posted on my website is incorrect and no one will respond to me to tell me how to fix it.

UPDATE
So I finally got the information on how to correct the info my website and seems pretty easy with what they sent. And I was finally refunded 62.5% of what I paid for the content writing but was told that this was all I was due. I did not use any of the content on the website they crafted so I am unsure how a full refund is not due. - I still do not trust this company and could never recommend anyone use them.

Do not trust this company. They are a den of thieves.
My experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. They lie scam you out of money left and right. They initially tell
You everything will be included then slowly add charges for stuff that wasn't "initially" charged for.
5 months and my website is not done. They told me they made websites for bing companies which I'm sure is a lie. Brian miller Danny Martin Sid Johnson a bunch of con artists. Which I'm sure these aren't their real names. Do NOT do business with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't even know how their Trust pilot reviews are good. I'm sure they're fake.

I would highly recommend Designgenious. Alex was awesome to work with. I did not have any idea how to set up a website. I was guided through every step. I would send Information I wanted on the site and the team would lay it all out for me. They also did research to find more information on my new business. When it came to changes, I had many and they were always patient with me changing my mind. Anything to please me. My website is so professional !! Thank you so very much.

I found DesignGenious when I was looking to improve the Association's website. I was very impressed with the work I found when I researched their company. After contacting the company, I was assigned a designer and we collaborated with instructions on what I was expecting for the website. He was very helpful and informative with my vision for the website throughout the website was up and running.

I was recently contacted by Kevin regarding the Association website's certificate. He brought to my attention that the website's certificate was near expiration. He clearly explained the difference in prices and was adamant about helping the Association save money and continue to have an impressive community website. We spoke often to determine what would be the best solution for the Association and finally agreed on the price.

Kevin was very professional and continues to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their product. Whenever I call, Kevin was always available to speak with me. He was prompt if there was an issue and was always available to answer any question I had. He was friendly and courteous whenever we spoke!

However, I did my due diligence in researching other website design companies but selected to work with this company because of the professionalism with the staff and the talented designers.
