Just signed up with kcom for 39.99 a month only to be billed 52.05 on first month then 64.98 on second month, kcom will tell you one price over the phone and the billing will be higher. they blackmailing people to sign up only to rip em off on the billing

installation was carried out with out and issues and exactly on the time scale agreed. Installation engineers were very friendly and explained everything. Broadband speed is exactly as per the agreement. I would 100% recommend KCOM and the price is very competitive in the broadband market.

The application for the service was advised well, although the installation appointment was more than two weeks later, this was on time & efficiently done. The staff have been informative, although the documentation is sparse for the Eero unit(s) the primary unit is working well. The second Eero unit is not yet set up and I have had to look online for what a flashing blue light means, & how to resolve this. I don't regard this as a negative for KCOM, more the OEM (manufacturer).

Moving Home
Messed about since I told them I was moving on 16 March. Got the confirmation email immediately stating all was updated.
Within days of the move I called to ask for a new router as previous one was not fit for purpose, during this call I had to tell them again about my move as it wasn't on their system. Again, this was apparently updated. Then where did the new router get delivered, my old address!
Kcom updated again, bill usual amount so thought all was well, until a phone call on 11 May saying they had messed up my move, shocker, and had to update it (was told this had been done 3 times already). On this call I said that I didn't care so long as they didn't mess up my bill. I was assured this would be for my usual monthly amount and not to worry.
Several days later, I got an email stating I needed to change my password to log in. Wasted time spent doing that, logged in and none of my information was available to view, package, previous bills etc. Week or so later and the icing on the cake, new bill appeared (can't see older ones still) and they have messed up my bill! Bill is for around 25% more, and states it's a business account rather than personal and the deductions are incorrect presumably due to this.
As others have said, the staff on the phone have you believe they will action what they tell you they will, but seldom happens.
Also, it's disgusting that new subscribers can get the top package for less than what loyal customers are paying for a much inferior one.
Provided contact details within minutes of them asking, despite this, they have not been in contact so sort this.

Compatibility with Amazon Eero routers and Tp-link (Tapo) problematic. Amazon and Zigbee most compatible, not flexible!!
