Very good experience with order and delivery. No issues to complain about. I appreciate the SMS reminders on the day of delivery and the tracking link was very helpful.
Assembling was straightforward and easy to follow with clear instructions and labelling. Quality is great considering cost.

Karrari items - highly recommend.
I was in contact with the salesperson throughout the whole process. James answered my queries whenever I needed to clarify something. We were given a very good discount on a piece of furniture we wanted and had a slight damage on it having been the last one. Delivery man was also very nice and offered to bring up the purchased items to the first floor without any charges. We have purchased items from Karrari more than once and they have good, sturdy furniture. Very pleased with what we bought so far.
