I passed a 5K 2 step account with my custom EA. Now I am funded. It took a few days with the KYC process but the wait was worth it. Thanks Jorge, Juan and Jessica for all your help. I look forward to hopefully reaching a payout.
Cheers
Jeff
I have a 10k phase 2 account. I chould always open positions on indices 0.10 and 1.00 but after the migration when i try to open 0.10 it shows i dont have enough funds even when i try 0.01 the buy and sell is grey like its to small to open a position. i contacted support but was told i must trade forex for now until i have enough margin. My current balance is 10034 on the 10k account.
I’ve had a very positive experience with this prop firm. I was paid twice without any issues — $2,025.00 USD and $1,422.75 USD — on account #90013235. The payout process was smooth and everything was handled professionally.
I also want to give special thanks to Jun and Jessica from customer support. They were very helpful, responsive, and patient whenever I had questions. Their support made the whole experience much easier and stress-free.
Overall, based on my experience, the firm delivered on their promises and processed my payouts correctly. I appreciate the professionalism and the support I received.
I purchased a $100K account with IC Funded and successfully passed their 2-step challenge (first target $10K, second target $5K) while following all rules. I was granted my funded account and started trading it on February 4th (this year).
I have traded using my own strategy and my own EA. In fact, to get approval for auto-trading, I shared my EA code as part of their authorization process. I traded consistently and made approximately $10K in profit, meeting the required time, profitable days, and all trading rules. I treated this account with maximum discipline.
When I submitted my payout request, it was marked “Rejected” with a single message stating “copy trading.” To be clear: I have never used copy trading and I have not copied trades from anyone. If they claim there is any similarity, the minimum expected is proof: which trades, dates, metrics, or technical reasons support that decision.
I contacted support requesting a formal clarification and specific details (exact trades, criteria applied, and evidence), and after more than 5 days I still have no response.
I am willing to cooperate in a review, but I need transparency, clear evidence, and timely support. So far, my experience has been: you pass everything, request a payout, and it gets rejected for “copy trading” without explanation or proof.

WARNING!
NEVER TRADE WITH ICFUNDED!
I would give this a 0 * if I could
I purchased a 50k account, passed it with flying colours. But had so many problems in between. I had to request multiple times to allow my EA to work. They ask everyone for their code for their EA (as per conversation with Jorge)
I submitted a refund request through Jorge, and it wasn't done (which is awful customer service saying you will submit my refund then you decide not to)
That's when I thought, okay I'll proceed with the account until they send my refund.
After passing, I tried to do my KYC. The service was down for a few days meaning I missed out on trading.
I then finally did my KYC, website as dodgy, no confirmation that it was done and I reattempted so many times. I then reached out to them and they said that it has been received.
Fast forward a few days later, KYC rejected, no reason why. Just an email. Saying it's been rejected. Asked them for a reason, they said they can't provide it.
ICFunded is a money grab scam. Don't even bother when you can go to different higher rated brokers.
There is a reason this rubbish company only has a 2* rating.
Update - I've requested my refund over 7 working days ago and I still haven't received it. It's a scam. They will not give you your money back
Update - tried reaching out to customer service, no response. This is theft and they have my money and are not returning it
You've been warned. DO NOT USE ICFUNDED

This was my second withdrawal with IC Funded.
The payout was delayed this time, but the support team replied to my messages and emails consistently, which really helped me feel reassured.
Even though the wait was stressful, the withdrawal was successfully completed and the funds arrived in my bank account within minutes.
Thank you to the support team for your continued assistance and patience.

My Timeline:
Jan 13: Emailed support with question about their policy - no response received
Jan 13 - Feb 2: Waited 20+ days - still no reply to my question
Feb 2: Requested withdrawal ($498, Account #90013694). Their policy states 24-48 hours processing
Feb 2-7: Sent multiple follow-up emails - no responses received
Total: 25+ days of silence
Feb 7: Posted review describing my experience with lack of communication
Feb 10: Withdrawal rejected, citing my public review as reason
My Experience:
I completed Phase 2 following all trading rules. I passed all requirements legitimately. My concern is the complete lack of support response over 25+ days, and the timing of the rejection only after I shared my experience publicly.
What Concerned Me:
Zero response to legitimate support questions
Processing time much longer than stated policy
Rejection appeared connected to my feedback
What Worked Well:
Automated evaluation system
Website functionality
My Recommendation:
Consider firms with responsive support teams. In my experience, Alpha Capital has provided better communication.
I have documentation of all communications (emails, dates, account records) if needed.

IC Markets, I have no idea what your reply was set to achieve. You have not addressed the key concern. IC Markets who was initially used as marketing leverage, was told to be your sister company. A highly regulated forex broker. What you have done and stand guildty for is change pricing of financial products before advising customers. Yes the before packages stay the same, however as a financial institution selling financial products for gain you were supposed to advise well in advance. Not change things and letting customers know when you eventually get there. No wonder you never really saw the liftoff in this space no matter who the sister company is. You treat this business as a backyard High yield investment scam like we saw a couple of years ago, this is clearly visible in your ratings, support replies and the action you take. Like many, im moving on
I will attached a part of the support chat to this mail.
ICFunded clearly has no intention of setting the standard (I thought they did and not sure why ICMarkets.com did not advise on this). They changed rules and pricing before officially informing customers, following in the steps of every fraudulent prop out there:

03:47 PM | Je***** from IC Funded: We understand your point. I have shared the link with our updated rules.
We hope to inform our entire community in the coming days.
03:48 PM | Je**** from IC Funded: We understand your concern, and no, IC is not a scam.
We invite you to review our platform, and we will be glad to clarify any questions you may have.
03:48 PM | Ja*****: Another thing that screams scam, the right way is to inform with the community atleast 2 weeks before implementation. I never thought you guys would go this route, but now the writing is on the wall, shocking to say the least.
03:49 PM | Ja*****: what happens to existing accounts before these new accounts, do their rules stay the same?
03:49 PM | Je***** from IC Funded: We will take your feedback into consideration and inform the relevant department. Your opinion is very important to us.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
03:50 PM | Ja*****: Yes, what happens to existing accounts before these new accounts, do their rules stay the same?
03:51 PM | Je***** from IC Funded: Some rules remain the same, while others have been adjusted.
03:53 PM | Ja*****: Wow, and you leave the community guessing. I NEVER EVER THOUGHT I would see the day that ICFunded sister company of ICmarkets.com (my main broker will go this route. Promise you I speak for the whole community, this just annihalited your reputation. It screams scam so hard I will never buy another account from you due to past experiences with scam props doing exactly the same youre doing right now. I beg of you to relook this, their or other ways to create more profits, fire whoever decided this route please
03:54 PM | Je***** from IC Funded: To clarify, older accounts remain subject to the previous rules, while new accounts created from today onward will follow the updated rules.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
03:55 PM | Ja*****: Also, with years in this space I have no other option to raise all concers just experienced on trustpilot to prevent others falling trap to what I see as a MFF episode.

03:56 PM | Je***** from IC Funded: I understand your frustration; however, we are working to inform each of our clients as soon as possible.
03:56 PM | Ja*****: SO dissapointed jeeez, very bad news for your reputation, you will see what I mean with the drop in sales
03:56 PM | Ja*****: You were supposed to inform before the roll-out, thats why is seems scammy
03:56 PM | Ja*****: You dont just change stuff, especially being corporate
03:57 PM | Ja*****: anyways, its done
03:57 PM | Ja*****: thanks
03:57 PM | Je***** from IC Funded: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
03:57 PM | Ja*****: bye

I joined IC Funded after paying $500 for their challenge. When I successfully passed Phase 1, after more than a month almost daily trading, I had to contact support to pass me to Phase 2 because as I was told the system didn't count all my trading days.
After passing phase 2, I contacted the support team again and received a funded account (no 90014036).
After two weeks (minimum time) I submitted my first withdrawal request.
IC Funded rejected the payout, claiming I was practicing "layering".
My trading consisted of normal CFD execution on US30, with realistic position sizes for the instrument and with no changes at the three stages. I did not place deceptive orders, cancel large orders to manipulate price, or engage in any prohibited market behavior or multiple trades.
I asked support to clearly indicate:
which trades were considered layering,
how they violated the rules,
and if so why this was not detected during Phase 1 or Phase 2, but no-one answered, just terminated the account.
The people at the live chat, don't even bother to assist you, only give you copy paste answers and close the conversation.
I would strongly advise anyone not to deposit any amount with IC Funded, and start a challenge, given the substantial negative evidence we have from the majority of traders.

Scam stay away i was naive to belive that it's a legit firm. I waited 17days for my payout I traded same pattern during evaluation phase 1 and phase 2 and suddenly after repeated enquiry and raising a ticket my payout was rejected and account is terminated under title layering / grid and my strategy involves buying smaller lots like 0.2 x 25 = 0.5 lots all condensed in a single buy zone which they flagged as layering to be honest I was not expecting to get paid second time with these scammed if this was the case why was my evaluation phase exempted.just bs people wake up and move on to reputed firms don't waste your money.

No account yet, but one thing struck me. On their website they show that on trust pilot there is 4.8 of 5 rating, while on trust pilot the actual rating is 2.9 of 5. That doesn’t exactly give you a good feeling about it.
Im still waiting for the Risk team review for my account since 2 months
Guys stay away from this propfirm they never replied to my email
The only way i can communicate with them is only from live chat and the only answer im getting from more than 2 months is your account review with the risk team so im still waiting for risk team answer which i never heard from them and they refused to give me estimate time to get a reply
My account no 90013470

In same day im back to my country they breached my account for IP/address
The device never been changed and the network changed from turkey to mu contry nothing else
And the risk team now investigating for more than 2 months 😂😂😂

I am very disappointed with how IC Funded has handled my case.
My payout request was rejected under the allegation of “Signal-Assisted Trading.” I strongly disagree with this decision. All of my trades were executed manually, without using any signal services, copy trading, or automated tools.
Following the rejection, I submitted multiple written appeals via email, politely requesting a clear, detailed, and transparent explanation of the decision. Specifically, I asked which trades were considered problematic, on what basis the conclusion was reached, and whether any technical evidence supports the claim.
To make matters worse, my account on the cTrader platform disappeared without any further notification or explanation, and since then, I have received no further communication from IC Funded.
Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever — not even an acknowledgment. This lack of communication is particularly concerning given the financial relevance of the matter and the seriousness of the allegation.
A professional proprietary trading firm should be able to communicate clearly, justify its decisions, and respond to formal inquiries.

I don't have an account with you right now, but I want to buy something. However, a comment you made below has confused me.
In one comment, you mentioned a 1% risk limit. I reviewed your rules and didn't see any such rule. Do you have secret rules?
''Please note that the 1% risk limit per purchase and the 1-hour cooldown are targeted risk controls that our team may only apply when trading behavior (win or loss) indicates high risk that could jeopardize the funded phase. However, this is not a default rule and is common practice across the industry. ''

Reply from IC Funded
I wasn’t risking anywhere near 1% per trade, and all my trades had tight stop losses. My risk was controlled the whole time. Just because I was profitable or used margin doesn’t mean I was doing anything reckless.
Using margin with tight stops is not the same as YOLO trading, and nothing I did was random or out of control. My strategy was consistent and managed properly.
So I’m honestly confused how my trading got classified as high-risk when the actual risk per trade was low.

Unfortunately, I feel cheated. When I created the account, the rules were clearly stated, and I specifically inquired about them via email. After completing the first phase, I received a second bill and two days later, information that I had broken the game rules. I inquired about which ones, as I hadn't broken the ones I received via email. No contact for two weeks, despite four emails. As I wrote, I feel cheated because you try hard and end up getting cheated.
EDIT: 2015.12.30
IC Found responded to a comment on Trustpilot today. They wrote that each case is reviewed individually. It's great, however, that for over a month, no one has responded to my complaints, questions, etc. I've sent four emails during this time and received no response. They simply closed my account, which I hadn't placed any orders on, and that's it. How can anyone trust such a company?

I received the payout, I was waiting 2 weeks so many issues but everything good.

IC Funded has so much potential, but it feels like the drive to actually improve and grow the business is not there.
Positives:
- The rules are mostly clear; if you trade professionally and manage risk, you won't have any issues.
- The spreads are pretty much the lowest around because they use IC Markets' servers. Commissions aren't too bad too, $3.5 per lot.
- You can purchase up to $2 million size I think
- Cost of evaluation isn't awful
- Relatively recent server upgrade
Negatives:
- Some of the support team are great, some not so much.
- Support has given conflicting answers before, e.g. my contract said I couldn't trade CPI/unemployment/GDP/central bank meetings, but then support has told me I couldn't trade PMI or PCE, which isn't mentioned in the FAQ or contract.
- My contract wasn't properly signed by the firm and was dated a year before (with blank boxes left to fill by them unfilled)
- Help page needs to be easily accessible and expanded. Currently, you have to go through the support bot to find the knowledge base
- Multiple times spreads have widened so much at rollover that it's stopped me out of a position entered several hours earlier (usually on AUDUSD)
- Withdrawals typically take 5 working days, which means you'll be out of the market for a week after a bi-weekly withdrawal. I.e. over a 6 week period, you'll be waiting for 2 of those weeks to get paid.
- Up to 80% split, which isn't bad but no option to grow to 90%-100%
- No copy trading, even between owned accounts, and no VPS
- Latency times are bad - 50ms/60ms with an NY server, whereas I get 8ms/8ms with a different firm
Overall, the firm isn't bad and it isn't a scam. Being linked with IC Markets and using its infrastructure should give it a massive edge over the competition.
But, over the past year, it feels like IC Funded just isn't really all that bothered about improving the overall experience for its customers and attracting professional traders who want clarity around rules, consistent support, fast payouts, and a prop firm that feels like it wants them to succeed.
Sure, they've not entirely stagnated, but there's no active Discord community or regular promotions or giveaways or anything that feels like they're engaged.
Ultimately, there are now firms that offer similar conditions with better prices, support, and incentives. IC Funded isn't the worst choice in the world, but there are just much better options out there.

so far I don't have any issues with them. Though am still waiting for my payout. I hope they pay me. I requested for payout yesterday 29/10/2025. I was told it will take 3-5 working days. This is crazy for me because I feel they will come up with issues.

Reply from IC Funded
Stay away from this scammers, they let me trade for couple of months, I pass the 2 phase challenge and just when i got eligible for payout and 6000$ in profit they terminated my account because of "yolo" trading. No warning no nothing and I was trading the same way for 2 and a half months. I don't know how IC markets let themselves be associated with these scammers. Please stay away if you don't want to lose your money and time.
