Very helpful and professional from the door on entering to our departure and escort to our car. We were allowed to view numerous designs with coffee and then provided with samples which were hand carried to our car. Well done Kiya.

I first sent away for three small…
I first sent away for three small samples of flooring but wasn't sure that any were the right product for me. So I sent for another one and like the first order it arrived in very quick time and the second sample just fits the bill. Will be ordering from my local stockist. Very pleased.

Very Professional Experience
Vicky was very professional and really helped us with our choices. She guided us around the product range and saved us a lot of time! Seeing the range in situ was very helpful too as was visualisation software tool which we plan to use in making our final choices.

Brilliant customer service
This was my third visit to the Evesham showroom. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. I was able to browse all the collections at leisure and there was always someone to help with any questions I had. For me this was mainly Kaitlin who was brilliant. She answered all my questions and got samples of tiles and co-ordinating design strips together for me to take away. I never felt rushed or under pressure even when I visited close to closing time. Definitely recommended.
