free samples ordered
I have Karndean glue down stone LVT in kitchen and happy with the product. Now want to try wood effect LVT in study room, so free samples ordered and have found the one to use. Love their quality of products.

What a dreadful company with a product…
What a dreadful company with a product that clearly has very little quality control. We ordered the Auckland Oak LVT from a local independent stockist. On installation day, after the fitter had applied glue to half of the floor, he discovered that the planks were warped or incorrectly cut as none of them butted together properly. We had 4mm gap at one end or in the middle. I was told this was very unusual. The shop had to follow a long winded refund and replacement procedure which left us for 2 weeks with a half glued lounge and a few planks stuck down. All of our heavy furniture piled in our kitchen and having to sit on camping chairs. The new flooring arrived and the fitter came this morning to rip up the faulty planks and lay the new ones. He discovered that this batch was just the same! We have now given up on Karndean. Where is the quality control? Karndean told our supplier that they wouldn't talk to us as we were not the ones they had a contract with! No regard for the end customer or any care for their reputation. Appalling. We have chosen new flooring from a different manufacturer and are hoping for a better experience. We still have to put up with a bare room for another week. I wish I'd chosen a different manufacturer in the first place.

Product faults unfortunately can occur in any manufacturing process; thankfully for us they are rare which allows us to offer protections which are very robust. These are always easiest to initiate via your direct retailer.

Sent 5 samples free of charge and swiftly but said you could have 6 but process would not allow me to select the 6th option. Had Karndean in my previous home. Best quality flooring I have ever had and east to clean. Stays like new.

Samples ordered Colours are lovely good quality to.

Visited the Karndean showroom in…
Visited the Karndean showroom in Evesham today and was greeted by a lovely young lady named Poppy. She was extremely helpful, very polite and knowledgeable and my husband and I felt very valued as customers. Poppy is certainly an asset to Karndean and I hope they appreciate her efforts as we did. Needless to say the quality of Karndean products is excellent and we will certainly be using their flooring for our house. Would highly recommend Karndean to anyone considering a new flooring.
