From the moment I stepped through the door I was made very welcome by Sarah Graham, she immediately got me a chair so we could sit and discuss my plans and get the information she required , the rest of the team have been very helpful on the phone if sarah hasn't been available for me to speak to at the time ,I appreciate all their help .

I bought this house through JWW four years ago and had no hesitation to use them again. The viewing by the estate agent took place with photos taken on the same day. The house was on the market within seven days, five viewings booked and made, three offers and a sale agreed in under two weeks start to finish. Very helpful and efficient. Great landlord experience

Nicky Hall did a wonderful job with helping me with my purchase. Kept me up to date, was prompt when sending things through via email and answered any questions I had.
Any timing issues were down to the vendor taking time to reply and not JWW at fault.

From very first contact - JW Wood have been brilliant & hyper efficient! Communication has been superb and customer service 2nd to none! I would like to mention two members of staff in particular: Julie who met me for the viewing - super friendly, honest, helpful & constructive! Also, Ella who has been dealing with me from the office from point of enquiry! She understood & accommodated my communication restrictions, dealt with & responded rapidly, handled everything without delay/issue/concern + played a major part in the smooth progression of my house process! I would not recommend this landlord or organisation based on my experience. When we moved in, the property was not prepared as promised, and many serious issues required attention immediately. Despite raising these concerns, the landlord did not respond to complaints or engage in any meaningful dialogue to resolve them. Additionally, outstanding bills from before our tenancy had not been cleared, which caused further complications and debt collectors.

Communication was poor throughout, and key assurances made to us were not followed through. Based on this, I would not buy or rent a property from this organisation, as I found their approach unprofessional, unreliable and unethical.

I’m so pleased with the service I received. The team were professional, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions. They explained every step of the selling process in detail, making it smooth and stress-free.

Julie and the rest of the team offered wonderful, transparent service, and made my purchase as seamless as possible. Thank you so much!

Rude,Unhelpful, It is because of staff like this that give estate agents the reputation of the most hated people to do business with, I feel sorry for the people whose property they are selling because they are no good at dealing with purchasers, I would never even consider dealing with these people again and strongly advise anyone else to so the same as there are hundreds of estate agents to chose from.

Kept up to date and nothing was any trouble great advice given when i asked everyone was very helpful .
