I purchased a very expensive MEV Spider extraction fan unit that broke within 2 years of installation from Just Fans. They said they would replace it under warranty. But first, I would need to purchase the new unit, and then they would credit me once they received the defective unit back. I sent it back more than 6 months ago, they even signed for receiving it. But they cant work out how to credit me, when I ring them I just get passed between departments... sales to accounts, back to sales, back to middle-management... its a real-life "computer says no" moment. I've sent countless emails and they still wont give my money back. It seems they are too disorganised for the size of company and dont have correct procedures in place for crediting funds after a warranty replacement. Currently I have paid for it twice and am giving up trying to retrieve my money as its like bashing my head against a wall.

I bought a Mev Spider from Just Fans in 2019. The unit stopped working whilst under warranty, which happens. Just Fans advised I buy a new unit to save time on 5th Oct 2022 - instead of waiting for the broken unit to be inspected and then replaced. They told me to return the broken unit for my refund as it was under guarantee. I purchased the new unit for £421.25
I have confirmation from Royal Mail that the broken unit was delivered to Just Fans on the 8th Nov 2022.
I have emailed and called Just Fans on a number of occasions to get my refund processed. I have been ignored and fobbed off.
In my last email to them on 9th March I advised I would be sharing my experince on Just Fans. They don't seem to care about their reputation.
Having renovated a hotel I have dealt with a lot of companies. None as unprofessional as this one.

Placed order for back draft dampers, order was just before Christmas, they made a great effort to get them to me on time unfortunately the courier was snowed under, I was kept upto date with delivery and eventually turned up on specified date and time.

Tried to order a basic fan controller a few weeks ago. Was told there was a postage surcharge because of the location in Scotland so cancelled the order. Still awaiting refund. Received order from another English company (no surcharge) and fan has been working for two weeks. No reply to two emails a week apart. Will contact Norfolk Trading Standards tomorrow .

Terrible in so many ways
Terrible customer service. Items ordered were delivered several days late. Items arrived too late so were no longer needed. Poor returns process. Return cost would be more than the order itself - >£100. Would never use again

Prompt delivery and good information about my order.... but the true test of a company is when something goes wrong. We were impressed with their helpful technical department and they worked with us to diagnose the problem.... ultimately it needed a replacement from the manufacturer, which was swiftly arranged and shipped out. Excellent knowledge and advice - if you are unsure of what you need, just give them a call!

Looking for a specific fan for a commercial project which usually takes a few calls and a long wait for delivery. Just fans confirmed they had one one the shelf and got it to me the next day. Very impressed. Excellent service.
Absolute crap service
Absolute crap service, sent the wrong item twice, then just totally blanked me when i asked for a refund.
Poor refund service
This company is terrible at arranging refunds.
No reply to emails.
Eventually I called and spoke with a dismissive, rude person.
Beware! if a product is faulty it is up to you to arrange postage at your expense.
They then have to test the product.
When the fault is confirmed they eventually, reluctantly send the refund.
The process took about 8 weeks.. I find this unacceptable.
Excellent customer service
I contacted Just Fans in the hope that they might have been able to source a bezel for a fan as they are the only company I could see who sold that style. I had a couple of emails and phone calls with Luke to discuss my request but, despite a search, they could not locate part I wanted. I knew it was a long shot as it was not available anywhere on the net as a spare part, but I felt that Luke went out of his way to try to save me the cost of a new fan assembly.
In order to get the bezel I needed I therefore ordered a new assembly and it was delivered next day.
I would definitely recommend using Just Fans and to pick up the phone to them for help and advice.

Spoke to Fergus, and although he was unable to supply me with the part I needed, he put me in touch with the company who were able to help and have supplied the correct fan needed for the heat recovery system.
