I would like to thank Jade for her professional, responsive, and very supportive manner during what has been quite a stressful process for me.

Jade kept me informed at every stage and always took the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. She handled communication efficiently and remained patient and understanding, helping everything move along as smoothly as possible.

Jade at Julian Wadden was able to recover a tenant's security deposit for me, even though it is several years since the tenant vacated the property. Once she was aware the funds were released she quickly dealt with the administration of the payment to me
