Advised by Severn Trent that I had a leak on my property somewhere. Todd came out within days and gassed the system to diagnose where the leak was (under the kitchen) and gave me options on what he could do explaining the process, cost and (no) disruption benefits and timeline to fix. He was very polite, courteous and efficient – exuded reassurance all the way with absolutely no pressure at all. His work was excellent, he re-routed the whole mains water supply to a new entry point in the utility room and fitted a new stop tap, capping off the old supply. Absolutely amazing job using a mole machine under the block paving which involved lifting a few blocks in certain areas rather than the whole driveway and path. A fantastic clean up and after he had finished you couldn’t even tell he had been. 100% recommend this company – can’t praise him enough.

Todd and Tom repaired a leak on the water supply pipe to our property. Very pleased with job done. Prompt and efficient. A pleasure to deal with.

Todd came out on Christmas Eve after we found a leaking water pipe underground in our front garden. Todd came at short notice and was quick and efficient at solving the problem. He was friendly and very professional. We can’t thank Todd enough as we would’ve been without water over Christmas and potentially new year without his help!

Todd's team came out on Sunday in horrid weather just before Christmas to save ours. They located a severe leak underground and repaired it within the day after excavation. Despite deep trench work, after they left, you wouldn't have noticed they'd been. Everything was left neat. Polite, professional and completed on time. I'd highly recommend although I hope I never have to use them again :-)

Leaking water pipe replaced under my property and within the boundary, works completed in a timely manner within the time specified and to a high standard. Very tidy work, area left as it was found. Great communication throughout, excellent customer service. Thank you!

I have never had a better contractor do work for me and my wife. He was prompt polite fantastic with the dogs. His work is second to non and its been a pleasure to have him in and around our home. he has kept us up dated all the way through the work he's done. He's been fantastic accommodating and a great guy. If you have any issues with internal or external plumbing and even re piping a new water line to a house like what he did for us (as we didn't have a stop tap ) If we needed to stop the water for any reason we would have to use the stop tap in the road and that would have turned next doors water off as well. I can't praise Todd and his employee enough.I would recommend this company without hesitation. If you have water issues call Todd and your problem will be dealt with asap. Tom and Todd replaced our whole mains water pipe and fitted a new stop tap. Absolutely amazing job using their mole machine under our block paved drive which involved lifting afew blocks in 3 areas and replaced. A great clean up and to be honest it looked as good as before they arrived. 100% recommend this company.

Found out we had yet another leak on old water supply under our driveway, we were passed on Todd’s number. Not only did he go out of his way to come and look at the job , he also diagnosed the point it was leaking. He gave us options on what he could do and left it to us to decide (absolutely no sale patter) We booked him in to replace the service pipe and he promptly came and sorted out the problem making the least amount of mess and completed the job in the time scale he’d predicted. What I really liked was he would talk you through what needed to be done before he did it. He was always polite and honest in his dealings with me, but most importantly delivered the service he had promised.
