Poor communication
All the product ordered was correct and delivered on time except for one item .
The weed control fabric was sent by DHL I was not informed about this.
When it wasn't delivered on time I cancelled it and got some localy .
DHL tried to deliver it five days later. I refused it. I have still not been refunded for the item .
All this held up the job for a few days .
Terrible communication.

Ordered item for a family members…
Ordered item for a family members birthday. Was dispatched on time but then the courier damaged the packaging and the parcel disappeared. JT were helpful in tracking but their courier is absolutely shocking. Should have been delivered on the Tuesday and I required it for Friday. Following Monday still no sign of it. JT refunded as per my request, so never received the item which is a shame.
Change your courier’s as they are absolutely diabolical

Terrific company, nothing is too much trouble
What a terrific company! Ordering was easy, prices competititive, quality goods, swift delivery and exemplerary customer service.
I had ordered the wrong size Rad, rookie mistake i hadnt accounted for the valves. Called them and customer services (Cameron & James) quickly arranged for delivery of nrw rad and collection of original. No fuss, no bother just glad to help. Would definately recommend company to anyone. Thanks all

Helpful and with a customer focused culture
I popped in after being at the sailing club to buy a few bags of sharp sand, after staff helped me to load in five bags I looked for my phone ready to pay and realised I had left it at the club. Rather than unloading me, the staff kindly trusted me to drive back to the club for my phone. I rang and paid by phone. A small kindness maybe, but it saved me driving back and starting over. Much appreciated. Last year, I ordered several tons of crusher run to fill in an old disused cattle grid at the club, the lorry driver went to extraordinary lengths to help us in a difficult confined space. Brilliant company.

Excellent overall
Driver was excellent. Materials placed just where we wanted it on the drive. It would be helpful for the company just to say a likely delivery date (by email?)- the order details just says 'processing'. Having said that this is a minor point and I would definitely recommend this company.
