Bad service
Asked for a quote for 120, 600 x 600 buff slabs.
No reply....I sent a follow up email.
They reply to follow up email saying they did send a quote.
I said okay, I have not received it and checked spam etc. Can you re send.
Now I've just been ignored...just poor customer service and a bad attitude.
I've just moved to the area with a large renovation project to carry out and run a building business. So will be missing out on a lot of business through poor staff attitude.

Visited the Skipton branch twice last week, and found both times the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Didn't have in stock the item I wanted on my second visit(a small amount of coloured pebbles), but rang me later that day to say they'd got some in, and at very reasonable rate. Very impressive service for a less than £9 sale.

I purchased a door from here which unfortunately was damaged when opened nobody's fault. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and had picked up the door and refunded me within days very professional and courteous would definitely deal with them again
