Negative Review of the Delivery
The shipping was fast, but the box was damaged, and the DHL Express courier was very irresponsible. On the day of delivery I was at home and checking the package status on the DHL website. I didn’t hear the doorbell ring even once, yet it suddenly showed ‘delivery failed, recipient not found’, and then they just threw the package to a nearby pickup station. The address I provided is completely correct, and when using Ochama in the past, the delivery to my door was always normal.

Was like many before me skeptical
Was like many before me skeptical, but I thought I'd give them ago as they were partnered with klarna so gave me a little more reassurance.
Had trouble with my purchase spoke to customer service were very helpful and problem was solved within a day.
Ok on to my purchase bought an apple watch ordered the night before was delivered 9:30 next day excellent price and in perfect condition well boxed and delivered by a nice cheerful delivery man, amazing service very happy customer will definitely be using again.
Ignore the bad reviews genuine Customer dont miss out on these very good.

Very satisfying experience. There was some cancellation, that I haven't been authorised, but they adjusted the price difference, so that worked OK. I am only waiting that on Klarna it changes from 1/6 to 1/3 payments, because the half was "cancelled".

My order NO 10537418, which was planned to delivery on Nov 15th but it not. I submitted it on Nov 13th, and select it to be deliveried on Staturday ( Nov 15th) becasue I will at home only in Staturday.
