Customer service was creepy and refused to introduce himself properly to the customer. The new customer was anxious and threathened to cancel the order, agent failed to retain the order and the new customer. Very bad customer service experience.

True to their promise 🫰🏻
I was so surprised with the speedy delivery, they were true to their promise. Products were also well packed. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 star was the delivery man (which is probably not in company's control). He complained that my husband did not helped him to carry the packages to our floor (2nd) which was promised to be delivered door-to-door. He carried it but he complained and argued with my husband.
