Well, as many others say, stay away!

(Everything i have written under here, i have proof of, cause I’ve got all the emails, and i have screenshot’s off all the chat’s )

I won 3700nok, and wanted to take them out.

I got a email that said they need:

«photographic ID, passport, or both sides of a photographic id card or a drivers license, and a letter with my address on”

I thought that was strange. So I chatted with customer service about it. They said i can cover up sensitive information on my visacard before sending it in.
So i sent in what they needed.
Then i got a reply that the paper with my address on was to old.
So i sent in a new one.
Then they replied that all the corners of the paper had to be in the picture.
So i sent in AGAIN.
THEN i got a reply that they needed picture of an id-card.
I said that i have already sent that, but i sent it AGAIN!
Then they replied that they needed id from passport or driver’s license.
I asked WHY!? Cause i sent you a picture of my visa, as requested!
I just got a new email that they needed passport or drivers license.
Then i sent them a email asking what was going on, cause this seemed really strange! And told them that i lost my drivers license and my passport was expired.
I just got the same email, that they needed passport or drivers license 🤦‍♀️
I asked them why they said they needed a picture of my visa, and when i send it, they needed something else. I got no answer to that question!

in between all these emails, i talked a-lot to customers service thru chat.
I told them that it seemed like this was a scam. They assured me it was not! (Hah!)

I tried for 3 months to get my money!
There has been around 45 emails back and forth. Plus all the chat with customer service!

The last email i sent, i told them that i have read a-lot of bad reviews on trust-pilot from people with the exact same experience as me.
And I wanted a real answer what was going on!
I also said I would take this further if they don’t give me my money. That was over 3 months ago, and they never wrote me back again!

I was so happy thinking I finally have money for the dentist. So i stupidly I spent the money i had for bills, at the dentist instead, since i off course thought I would get the money from JonnyJackpot in a couple of days as they said! And i struggled a-lot with paying bills after that.

I am going to report them cause this is NOT ok! They are scamming people and taking their money!

I see that there is some reviews here that is ok. And i guess that must be from people that work for JonnyJackpot? Or that they a seldom time give people what they won, just to balance it out, so they have something to show for if they get reported or something..?
I don’t know…

But i am glad YOU are smarter then me, and read the reviews BEFORE making any deposit on this casino!

Do not use!! They take your money abs when you win they do everything they can not to pay you and block your account!!

same thing, zero hassle to sign up, once you request a withdrawl if the wait 24 hours isn't enough, they ask for ID for bank statements showing transactions of which the statements do not provide that detail. All seems like a scam to trap you and not allow you to have your small wins. I'm sick of this site. The info they ask when you want to speak to support is outrageous, the bank I deal with doesn't ask as many questions. Total violation of privacy! This should not be allowed!

Sites slot on Android, they don't tell u what game Ur free spins are on so u have to go live chat, live chat are just staright scrip reading bots, locked my account for no reason ( no email tellin me no kyc ) only spend £100 quid from them, and didn't give me a reason on live chat to why this is, chat host was taking so long to respond I told them of they do t respond in 5 mins I would close my account, and as per she took the Mick so I closed my account. Personally I think these seem a little shady live chat dodged questions continuesly and only kept saying the same lines to me.

If the option was there to choose no star I would, had no trouble depositing and spending money but when it came to withdrawaling my winnings there was a misunderstanding with my name I go by Alec but my name on my birth certificate is Alexander, I received an email asking me to explain this misunderstanding and as soon as i reply my account would be verified, one minute later without me even getting a chance to reply they email again saying
We are reviewing and carrying out a few checks on your account and in the meantime have placed a temporary hold on the account. Please allow us 10 business days to get back to you with further information and account status. After receiving the second email I proceeded to relpy with the necessary documents to prove I am the same person on my drivers licence as I am on my passport as one is Alec and one is Alexander I also provided my birth certificate, I have a pending withdrawal of 400 euro they were happy enough to take my money without verification and even now that I have provided the right documents and explained myself with proof, the day after making a withdrawal I've been told my accounts closed and under review wait 10 days, I do hope this resolved and I can come back and write a good review i won't be waiting 10 business days if this isn't sorted I suggest you take my advice to stay completely away from this website! I have screenshotted all emails between there support team and myself that clearly show I am not in the wrong and have provided an explanation and proof and also that they are just trying to get out of paying my withdrawal

I am now being told I have a gambling problem and need to take a break permanently (which I don't mind at all if this is the trouble you have to go through) and my documentation needs ANOTHER 48 hours

Company number 08753965.. Which only has £3,400 in their accounts for the last 3 years. Now I know why the commends below above $1000 winnings have not been paid. Don't even think about trying this casino.... Deposited for months and never once made a withdrawal. Now you know why.
