Updated to 4 star would have been 5 if I hadn’t had to wait a week for response to emails .. I would like to give 3 star because I do not like the 2 day pending withdrawal on all requests before being processed but I will give 4 stars because I want people to know that this casino does pay out and that is the main thing , I have been robbed by so many casino with dodgey T&Cs and I rely on trust polit before using casinos so as long as you don’t mind waiting 2 days for withdrawals I can asure you they do pay out

I actually redeemed my 1000 loyalty points to €5 cash and then won €200 . I was worried that because the €5 was a no deposit that I would be only aloud to keep €50 of the winnings but I received my full €200 withdrawal and instantly as soon as it was processed

To change your address it states you must contact live support , I have contacted live support and then been advised I had to send an email. I have sent numerous emails in the last few days .. NO RESPONSE .. and address still not changed . I have a withdrawal pending for days and I cannot withdraw if you want change my address

Jonny Jackpot was one of the top online casinos before when it was operated by White Hat Gaming but now after being taken over by Two Shepherds it has become the worst online casino. The gameplay information is missing from the players account history and winnings are not credited to players account. Players account balance and funds go missing. The support team is just out of this world. When agents connect on live chat they immediately close it and players are advised to fill a form as all agents are currently busy. You would show as 3 in the live chat queue but after few minutes don't be surprised to see yourself on number 7. If you are 3 and lucky not to go to 7 than minimum waiting time will be 30 minutes for someone to assist you or I think it would be better to say for someone to waste your time. Once you connect with an agent it will take minimum 10 minutes for the agent to send a welcome message and another message asking how they can assist and another minimum 10 minutes for the agents to respond and asking to confirm the account details such as name, email, date of birth etc despite you confirming the chat security PIN in your first message. After wasting more than 20 minutes for unnecessary information which can be confirmed in less than minute you finally get a chance to tell the support what your query is about and no matter what your query is about either it be an issue with your account or gameplay or whatever it easy very simple issue or complex issue the only reply you will get from support is " Please send an email to support email advising your issue and you will receive an update via email etc etc. This is the fixed reply you will after waiting for support on live chat for more than 45 minutes minimum. From being in queue to confirming you details etc etc the reply is fixed and no matter which agent connects with you all of them reply with exactly the same message word by word. No matter what you say on live chat even request them or swear they will keep sending the same message. Once you email them than you will be lucky enough to receive any reply from them. After account migration I got email from support to welcome me and in the email it was clearly mentioned $50 bonus is available as a welcome gift under Two Shepherds but the bonus was not on my account so went to live chat and they send me same message to send an email to support email and I did it instantly. It took 28 days for the bonus to added to my account despite me showing the email received from support about the bonus and I had to send about more than 100 emails and finally after 28 days the bonus was added. The process to confirm your details on live chat is same for and it will two 7 days plus to just confirm this. Your account information and data is not safe under Two Shepherds management also because they keep asking on email your full details despite giving the security PIN and purpose of the security PIN which was created by white hat gaming was to avoid sharing the full account details online again and again incase the scammers intercept the details and misuse it so white hat created a 4 digit security pin which you just mention at start of chat and nothing else is required but the new support will ask for full details millions of times via email or chat. They may also block your and will never tell you why they did it and will say to email support and they would not care about account balance either its $1 or $10k they would just close the account and keep quite and wont tell you anything for weeks or months. One thing is really good though about the casino and i would give them 5 stars for this, the replies you receive from some support staff are hilarious. They will respond with something that you are not even asking for and offer you something you dont even qualify for and you can't accept the offer but they insist you to accept despite you telling them you cant because you haven't reached level and sometimes they tell you the bonus was played and used etc etc and sometimes once you played the bonus and winnings credited to your account and funds withdrawn they will come and say they are so sorry I don't qualify for the bonus they can't add it but they dont see bonus added and played and wagering done and funds withdrawn and money received in my bank 2 days ago. This is a long review I thought I mention everything, in simple words before when Jonny Jackpot was under White Hat I would recommend to everyone to surely an account and play definitely yes but not under Two Shepherd s please please you will be better off buying the scratch lottery from the shop with the money rather than opening an account and playing on Jonny Jackpot. Jonny jackpot has just been successful in scamming all their players. From march they were sending various emails about players account migration to a new company and it was supposed to happen on 28th may. On this day the jonny jackpot site said something exciting is coming and the migration is under way. It now more 30 hours past the scheduled time they were supposed to have the new site ready but nothing and they didn't update the players about and why the delay and when will it be available. Now the website is completely shut down. The account migration was just the excuse they used so that no one get suspicious. Jonny jackpot is completely shut down now and they have kept all the players money and no longer have any customer support to contact. They may have pocketed millions as cash money and run away.

I really enjoy playing this website and I love the fact that you can top up as little as $5.00

I have tried to withdrawal my winnings for 3 weeks now. I have contacted both support and the chat as asked. I was told to supply verification even though my account was already verified, as this is my 2nd withdrawal. The only message I keep getting back is that it takes 48hrs for your account to be verified before they can process the withdrawal. I want my money!
