Not understanding how they got a MGA license. The site is full of shit. I have told them around 10 times that I have forgotten my mobile number when they ask me to verify it because of other queries. They don't read the emails or chats what happened before and sent you an automated messages, on top they respond every 3 days. Because I have forgotten my mobile number, but still VERIFIED all other questions correctly they cant help me, because they have empty brains between their ears and eyes.

I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before trying this scam casino. I tried to withdraw $250 so they lied and said I had bet more than $5 on a spin with my bonus.

I originally reviewed this casino as 5star as low deposit options and they payed out fast. Changing to 1 star as in owed several hundred in cashback and my so called account manager wont respond to my emails. now been almost 3 weeks no response its says monthly cashback is auto credited and my tier rewards will be credited automaticly. Which I only ever recieved once after complaining. Support chat say they cant credit it and to email a support adress they provide. The email auto responds saying they will contact me within 24 hrs no contact made. Utterly a joke of a casino that does not give any of the promotions or bonuses thier claim to offer. I would reccomend stay away as if u encounter a problem they wont help and tell you to email support email. The email responce is automated and will tell u to go to live chat where live chat will send u back to the email that tells you to go to live support impossible to move foward and support cant actualy do anything. Funny thing is they say they cant add tier rewards but I did recieved it once when I complained from chat over 7 months ago so how did they add it all the way back then?

They are rogues under the guise of licenses and players first.

They had zero withdrawal options available to me after winning 5000x, winning 5000nzd from 1nzd bet.
Uploaded some money via my skrill to make it then an option to withdraw with, I tested it with 800nzd, and received the money to my Skrill an appauling 53 hours later. Then proceeded to try withdraw more, got told they had problems with processing it on skrills side, then took it upon themselves to remove it as an option to withdraw to any further and proceeded to try and force a bank account info from me after using paysafes and Skrill to deposit with. They are currently under investigation by skrills merchant team regarding there contract. I will know in the next day or two if I go the next step once I hear from Skrill, but I guarantee the casino are giving Skrill delayed responses also (if any)
Update will come when I can.
