I had a fantastic experience with Jolly Tots from start to finish. I first spoke with Loretta on Facebook, and she gave me the best deal on the Nuna Triv Next stroller, along with the Nuna reclining car seat and rotating Isofix base.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, especially when visiting the Yardley branch. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who kindly gave us a demonstration and let us test the stroller, which was really helpful.

Their honesty and customer service truly stood out, and that made the whole experience even better. Thank you all so much — I really appreciate everything! :)

We had an excellent visit here, David and Lewis were very knowledgeable and welcoming. The product range was excellent and the prices were even better. We were able to buy a pushchair, car seat, bedside crib, and other items without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this shop.

We ordered our pram at the start of January (it didn’t say on line that it was for pre order) so we emailed them to ask when delivery would be and they said end of February, it come to the end of February & was told it would then be delivered end of march (my daughter is born at the end of march) so we rang up to double check as we didn’t want to risk it not being delivered and we was told on the phone it actually wasn’t due to be delivered until end of may. We spoke to them and asked to change it to a different pram in the same price range, they agreed & said that it would be with us in 7-10 working days. I text them for an update & was told fed ex tried to deliver the pram but they couldn’t find the house (no one tried to ring us or anything). They then said it would be delivered again when they receive it back of fed ex. Fast forward another week (nearly the end of march) & I text them again to see when it will be delivered & they said fed ex had only delivered the base & car seat but no pram. We mentioned we needed it as our daughter is due to be born in 5 days and their response was “we could send you the car seat & base so you can push your daughter around in that” bearing in mind we’re in march it’s absolutely freezing so of course we said no & we have now had to travel all the way from Manchester to Birmingham for the pram. The only good thing that happened since purchasing this pram is the guy at jolly tots helped us carry it out to the car. I wouldn’t recommend this company AT ALL

Fantastic experience at Jolly Tots, thanks to David. He gave really helpful advice on cots and next-to-bed cribs, and I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Fantastic selection of items in store. Easy parking too. I’ll definitely be purchasing from there again!

Louise was really helpful pointing out different options that would be suitable for ourselves. Showed various different options and overall was really easy for us to decide the best option at a great price due to the Nuna weekend sale! Myself and my partner purchased a full travel system. From start to finish Leigha made the experience enjoyable and stress free. Would highly recommended as the service was very personal and the price was extremely competitive!

Came in with my partner and my mom to look for a travel system, we only planned to browse we didn’t plan on buying today, but the staff were ever so helpful and shown us everything we needed to know about the system we were looking at, they shown us how to take it apart and place each items onto each other and how to fold it up and answered every single question we had, we ended up buying that exact travel system because we fell in love with it and couldn’t part from it, special thank you to Rachel the lady that helped us :)
