Beware of the fine print. If you cancel your membership before your order for meds go through, they will still bill you the full amount. If you call and try to get a refund, they’ll remind you of the “terms” and tell you to get over it. Also, there will be no email or heads up that you’re about to get billed. No communication about whether you want another month or how you’re doing on the med. This company is always way over priced when you can now get it so many other places much cheaper that have kinder and more helpful customer service. I should have read the reviews and listened to my friend. This company has no conscience and no professionalism. Do not buy from them.

Sign up is easy and they take payment prior to giving much information. Customer service and an explanation of the dosage is nearly non-existent. You have to submit your request for a refill each month despite being billed for the duration of your subscription on day 1. Their consultation and coaching section of the site looks helpful but it's also extremely difficult to use. I have yet to get any info from a "doctor" just a convoluted mix of texts and emails coming from chat bots. If I could give 0/5 I would.

Friday's Health will only ship one month of medication at a time. This is very disappointing. Here's why. The company my husband uses, Direct Meds, ships 3 months at a time. I am not understanding why Friday's refuses to do this. I would expect an exception for seeing as I travel and I do not return home for months at a time. Hint, semi-drivers, call Direct Meds. I paid one year in advance and their policies won't allow re-embursement after the first video appointment with a provider. I'm feeling like a hostage. Trying to meet with a provider on their platform? Good luck! Most of the time in consultation is spent trying to get the video and audio to work. Regretting my decision to use Friday's Health. Can't wait to join my husband on his weight-loss journey with Direct Meds.

Honestly such a fraudulent scamming worthless company. I filled out their questions because they REQUIRE you to do that in order to see if your eligible and for viewing pricing and when it was all said & done I”submitted” my info and they charged me 696$ that refuse to refund me or cancel when I told them I never wanted in the first place. They said that no refund is possible no matter what. Even if I haven’t placed order for meds or don’t even want meds from them. So ridiculous

I signed up and was told I needed to meet with a provider. I did not ask to meet with one. She denied my request and said she would submit a refunds request but when I reached out to Fridays they are refusing a refund. Their site specifically says if you are denied treatment you get a full refund.

It started out okay, and the counseling went fine, but when I requested that my first shipment not be delivered while I was on vacation, I was told I could not do that because I had not given you a two-week notification. I argued that it was not possible since I had just placed my first order. So, while I was on vacation, my order was delivered, and I was not home to receive it. So far, nothing seems to be happening with any kind of appetite curb or weight loss, and perhaps it is because I was not home to receive it in time for it to be refrigerated. I have cancelled my subscription and plan to look at your competitors to see what they offer. I will not recommend Fridays to anyone.

Fridays got my medication wrong the first time and refused to refund me or send me the right medication. In that time it took 4 weeks to get it so i had to restart my level of Trizepitide. Then the one time purchase auto triggered for next month after i asked to cancel (and have proof from customer support emails). I reached out asking to cancel again and get refunded for the next month since i havent received the second round of medication and the sent me this: "After reviewing the system, we found that your request was not successfully submitted through the portal, which is why it was renewed.
After reviewing your account, I can see that a completed purchase was made for your subscription. Under our refund policy, services begin at the time of purchase. This is the point at which your medical care services officially begin, so unfortunately we're not able to issue a refund for the current billing period. When you completed checkout, you acknowledged and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which outline that the subscription covers access to our medical program and licensed providers, not just medication.
We know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, and we're truly sorry for any disappointment."

Pricing and app availability is great, however the app platform is not very intuitive and 9 times out of 10 the chat/support does not have answers. You have to speak call support almost every time. Timing of appointments and reordering of prescription is not timed in synergy so you have to speak to someone pretty much any time you need to re order. The platform for video appointments with the health provider never works on the phone app out online, so the nurse or doctor need to call you or reschedule.

Unfortunately this is the worst experience I have I feel like throw my $400 to Trash. Please look elsewhere before you try them. Not just I have not seen any result the first month I’ve decided to give them another try for the second month maybe I would see result but I missed one week of injection and no supply arrived yet they have been bombarding me with spam that says we are following up on your order but nothing yet. Go somewhere else.
I’m adding this to respond to below message you replied with. When I first signed in the order arrived within 4 days. When the time came to refill it’s taking longer I submitted my answers on the 17th and ticket created on 21st after I followed up since then it more than one week no shipping yet.

I've been with Fridays for 2 months, and it's nothing but problems with them when it comes to refills and customer service. I am on the Microdose Core tirz plan. I pay my dues every month, and submit refill requests to allow enough time for processing before I run out each month. I get reminders to submit the request, via text and email. Okay, thanks for the reminder! Well, guess what? If their system considers your request 'too early', you'll be denied. You ask customer service, "Why am I getting a notice to refill if it's too soon and you're going to deny it"? They say, "We recommend you disable automatic notifications". Okayyyyy...??? I give it a few days, I submit another request, and I'm getting notices that I missed appointments that were never made and told to reschedule. So I contact support, "What gives? I can't miss appointments I never made?"... They'll reply, "There are no scheduled appointments on your account. Your request will be reviewed and filled in a few days. Let us know if you have any issues". The next day, another "you missed your appointment" notice.
Fridays is THE WORST, and they provide NO support whatsoever. Looking for alternatives.

Fridays has been very disappointing so far and I regret doing business with them. Medication shows up to my house very warm. Customer Service is terrible. They keep denying my refill request and I have to spend the next week going back-and-forth. It happened with both NAD+ last week & again this week with Tirz Compound. I’m not ordering it too early and I’ve paid for 12 months so there’s no reason why I should have to go through so much just to get the medication sent to me. Working with prior companies in the past the medication’s always come cold and Fridays doesn’t do a good job at making sure it stays cold. One small ice pack is not enough.
I feel like I’ve wasted so much time dealing with Fridays daily for 2 weeks.
Honestly, feels like somebody’s responding to emails just to say I understand how you’re feeling and I’ll escalate it to the next person and then you gotta wait like two days for a response for another email of I really understand and I’m so sorry. I need action not just multiple emails trying to appease me from somebody with no control to actually do anything.
Fridays is definitely not looking for repeat business. After my 12 months are up I am out. Definitely would not recommend.

Buyer be very much aware… I signed up for three months and they don’t send it all at once. On month three I put it for the prescription to be sent and 14 days have gone by with it not being sent and no resolution. Customer service takes days to respond an will just say “we’re looking into it” and then you are stuck in a situation where you have to go off the med suddenly or pay to get it somewhere else. Worst experience ever. Service, customer service and the delivery time is unfathomably ridiculous and unprofessional.

So far, I haven't had an issue with the medication. It's somewhat effective; the food noise has calmed a bit but I may have to up the dose. The UX in general though needs a lot of work. I constantly get texts saying it's time for me to refill, even when I just processed a refill and it's on auto. The endless barrage of notifications that pop up on the app that you can't click out of make it almost impossible to do anything and just really detracts from the whole experience. The constant different promotions they run also make me wonder if I'm getting the best price, since it never seems to be consistent.

Lied and then lied more when I asked about the first situation. Took my money then did not provide service that was promised. Refused to engage for reasonable resolution. Promised they were doing internal review and didn’t even meet the deadlines they promised. Did not refund full amount - took a 50% charge even though the entire thing was due to their misleading statements, in writing; which I provided as proof. Major rip off.

It takes over a week to get my refill request correct and I have been sent compound meds that I did not order that I have to dispose of. When speaking to customer service they always say they will escalate the issues but then it still takes alot of time to resolve and I am never told what the issue was.

Medication isn’t delivered on time and no one can help you. They just blame it on their pharmacy, I’m on my second month of Fridays. My second month of medication was due a week ago. I still don’t have it. And they keep telling me a different story every time. I’m also still on a starting dose and was supposed to increase my dose. I still haven’t received it. I’m trying so hard to work with them, but they truly haven’t been able to help me. Meds requested over 2 weeks ago, and still no answers.
