I'd endorse Johnsons Volkswagen Stafford because it makes a refreshing change to find a dealership that doesn't hassle for more sales. They are most helpful with enquiries and I am always make to feel welcome when I visit.

The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. They explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the service, and completed the work to a high standard. I also appreciated the efficient and courteous service.

I am very happy with Johnson Honda and would definitely recommend their service to others. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent customer service.

I booked my VW Arteon with Johnsons VW in Stafford via Secret Service. My Arteon was having an MOT and full service. I collected my car some four hours or so later, arriving home I discovered a Data plug sitting in my centre console. There was no written explanation and not being an auto electrician I contacted Johnsons when I was passed on to a young femail who informed me she was either a spokesperson or manager for the service department.
I explained (or attempted to) my discovering of the data plug where upon she started to recite the work I had done earlier that day. I told her I was aware of what had been done but wanted to know about the data plug. She then said the work completed on my car would not have required removal of the plug to which I asked her whose data plug it was and telling her it certainly wasn't in my centre consol when I delivered the car earlier. At this point she said she would hang up the phone if I was going to be rude!! At this point I returned to Johnsons to get things sorted. I was met by another manager, who apologised and explained the data plug was no longer required on my Arteon.
I asked why the young lady failed to ask the mechanic who serviced my car but instead treated me like some idiot. I will never use this garage again or until they learn customer service

Always great service from Mike - service manager when I take my car in for service and also lovely to have the reception staff Amy who was also attentive and helpful. Great job as always.

This is for Johnsons Volkswagen in Warrington.

1. Their prices are extortionate. They wanted over £100 to replace my wiper blades.
2. They cannot communicate. I was told I would be contacted when my car was ready but it didn't happen. I phoned over 20 times throughout the day and no one answered once. This happened multiple times.
3. They're untrustworthy. They told me I needed 4 new tyres. I checked myself and had a separate mechanic check; the tread on all 4 tyres were well within legal limits.

I cannot stress this enough, please do not go there. It is just not worth it.

Ricardo and the team at Johnsons Volkswagen in Sutton Coldfield were really helpful and attentive when I purchased a used VW Polo for my son. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.

The only downside was the vehicle tax. I paid for 12 months, but because the car was purchased on 31st July, the DVLA system automatically started the tax from the beginning of the month, meaning I effectively lost nearly a month. On reflection, I would have waited until the following day to collect the car had I known, so it would have been helpful if this had been mentioned at the time.

Aside from that, the car was immaculate when I collected it. It was clear that the whole team had worked hard to get it into such a lovely condition. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the car.

Fantastic overall experience from start to finish when purchasing an approved uses car from Johnson's Sutton Coldfield. The staff were all polite, professional, friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend

Johnson Volkswagen Wolverhampton and Johnson Volkswagen Stourbridge

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from both Johnson Volkswagen Wolverhampton and Johnson Volkswagen Stourbridge.

At the Wolverhampton branch, it has been impossible to get through to anyone by phone. I have been trying to contact them for four consecutive days regarding a repair booking for my vehicle, yet my calls have gone unanswered. The aftercare service appears to be non-existent, and it feels as though customers are no longer a priority once a vehicle has been purchased.

I also raised a complaint with the Account Manager at the Stourbridge branch but have received no response. This lack of communication and customer care is extremely frustrating.

When booking my vehicle in for a service, I was surprised to find that all charges were listed separately, including an additional charge for an oil change. My understanding has always been that an oil change is included as part of a standard service, so I do not understand why this has been charged as an extra cost.

Furthermore, I was informed that I would need to leave my car at the dealership for four hours during the service. This raises the question of why appointment times are scheduled if customers are still expected to leave their vehicle for such an extended period. There was no waiting appointment available, nor was I offered a collection and delivery service or any alternative arrangement.

Due to these ongoing issues, I have now escalated my complaint to Johnsons Cars Head Office. I hope to receive a response and a satisfactory resolution, although my experience so far has left me with little confidence in the level of customer service provided.

Poor communication, disappointing aftercare, and an overall lack of customer focus. I expected far better from an authorised Volkswagen dealership.

Johnsons Ford Sutton Coldfield were fantastic because having used them for my previous vehicle, I know the standard is high, prices are reasonable, and a very nice man collects my vehicle, then drops it back once everything has been completed. Even when booking the service, it's not a chore - I speak with a real person, often with a sense of humour, but most importantly, they have a personality! It's a simple process, whereas some other Dealers seem to make it so difficult, for such a simple routine thing, like a service. As long as I have a Ford, I will be taking it to Johnsons.

We arranged a test drive and absolutely did not expect to buy on the day but the Tuscon was a revelation! Everything I’ve ever looked for in a car. We never felt under pressure to buy and the whole process was effortless. Thank you

THe aftercare for our Skoda Citigo was excellent, a small number of problems were attended to without delay and at no cost

The experience at Johnsons Ford Tamworth was great. I dealt with Norman who is one of the sales team. No hard sell just a friendly, professional, very easy going guy. It was my first experience driving an automatic but Norman made me feel at ease during the test drive. Smooth sales process, with a follow up call to check I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend a visit to Johnson’s if you’re looking for new or used car.

Would highly recommend Skoda Liverpool for their quick and efficient service to support warranty repair to my car. This was completed in quick time and on the day. In the showroom received excellent customer service on both occasions when I visited.
