Excellent customer service, purchased a used Ford Puma, had problem with air con. Booked car in with John Grose, was fixed same day with no charge. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a very satisfying experience.

Dislikes..
No handle on drivers side to help me get in /out of thr car ..
No boot release you would think this was standard on cars ..
Especially for thr disabled people

Great sales team who could not do enough to get us what we wanted. The after sales service was excellent.

I had previously spent three weeks dealing with really poor quality garages where vehicles were either not as described or the overall emphasis was about the sale and not anything to do with the customer.

From the moment I arrived to view the car I was dealt with respectfully and how a customer should be treated when spending a large sum of money. I dealt with Sam Clarke. Sam appears to be a no nonsense guy and also assertive. The car was exactly how he described it and I couldn't be happier currently with my purchase. It wasn't just Sam either, on the day of collection I couldn't get me phone to pair with the vehicle. I then had two additional employees (I'm so sorry not have asked names) spending an additional half an hour pairing my phone to the car. All in a nice and relaxed atmosphere that was even fun additionally. This is a huge garage. To be given that much much time by people without them being pushy at all was a great experience.
