We love visiting John Doe Furniture. We are very pleased with our new bureau which is a perfect fit for our lounge. Scott & Simon delivered it with care and were very helpful and friendly.
We did also have a nest of tables which was to be delivered as well, but was not. We will have to go collect them from the shop.

We had lots of help from Matt on deciding on a new bed. He was very helpful but not pushy. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The actual invoice was completed by Stewart, who again was very helpful and is very knowledgeable, as always.

We’ve just had our third furniture delivery from John Doe this year. We’re delighted with the furniture which arrived via the dream team of Simon and Scott the Gold Standard Delivery Team.

Carpet fitted in the morning (Kyle & Simon) and new furniture delivered and assembled in the afternoon (Scott & Simon). Excellent service from both teams, quick, efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommend all. Keep it up guys.

We had an incredible experience at John Doe from start to finish. The day began with what was quite possibly one of the best Full English breakfasts I have ever had in the restaurant, setting the tone for a fantastic visit.

We then received outstanding service from Sam in the carpets department. Sam was absolutely amazing. We ordered a rug that required whip-thread edging, and Sam went above and beyond by unlocking the warehouse, taking us through the production area, and showing us the huge range of options available. It was such a hands-on, personal service, and we genuinely felt cared for throughout the entire process.

We are extremely grateful for the time, attention, and expertise Sam provided. Customer service of this calibre is rare to find these days.

Thank you to everyone involved. We are very much looking forward to receiving our rug and will most certainly be back again—not only for another meal, but also to order carpets for the rest of our new home.

Simon and Scott the delivery guys were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They certainly went some way towards making up for the delivery time.

Went to John Doe looking for garden furniture. In the show room, Tina, the sales assistant was friendly and helpful without ever pressurising us in any way.
When the furniture we had bought was delivered, the two delivery guys, Scott and Simon were polite and friendly, and took trouble to make sure all items were placed where required.

Simon and Scott were friendly and professional putting our new table together and explaining how it worked. They did a great job with minimum disruption.

My thanks to Scott and Simon for their excellent service in delivery of my bed and sofa bed. Very happy with the service and very happy with the beds.
The only downside was that there was a long wait between ordering and receiving the beds. However, this was clearly communicated to me when I ordered them.

The service and experience in the shop was very good and the delivery was excellent with two very helpful and friendly staff Andrew and Simon who took great care getting the furniture into the house.

Scott and Simon we incredibly helpful in putting the items in place, went through the instructions on removing wheels on the chest of drawers and cleared away the rubbish as well.
