Simon and Scott were brilliant! We had scaffolding up which meant they couldn’t carry the settees the quickest route but they were so professional and friendly that nothing was too much trouble.

The quality of our sofas were amazing. The sales assistant and customer service was exceptional. The delivery drivers & fitters (Simon and Scott) were very tidy, fast and professional. I rate John Doe anymore highly.

Couldn't ask for better customer service - there when you need them but not in your face. Very knowledgeable staff who were able to provide all the information I needed on 2 different products I was looking to buy. On the first visit, the lady who assisted me was able to send off for a couple of free material samples for the settees I was interested in which helped to look at their colour in the light of my own home. On the second visit when I made purchases of settees & a bed, despite being assisted by 2 different members of staff each accompanied me back to the other once I had advised which settee / bed I wished to buy,. In addition, whilst I was advised the delivery time was 6-8 weeks, I was delighted to rceive a phone call after only 4 weeks to tell me my purchases were in store ready for delivery.

Simon and Scott were very polite and helpful .notified us of delivery and kept us up to date with the delivery .Simon and Scott were 2 really lovely delivery people .

Wooden floor fitted in the lounge. From start to finish great service from everyone at John Doe. In-store knowledgeable and helpful staff who understand the products. Not pushy and left us to make up our minds. Estimator came out and explained process if we went ahead. Quotation arrived by email within 24 hours. Again no one was pushing us. Delivery of flooring on time. Guys who came to move furniture, lift and remove carpet and screed floor friendly and efficient. Jack, the carpenter, fitted the floor and did a fantastic job. Clearly prides himself on his work.
I highly recommend John Doe. All staff employed by the company and know what their role is which makes for such a positive experience.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery and set up. The delivery team Scott and Simon phoned to give us 20 minutes warning of their arrival. Set up the chairs and provided pads so as not the scratch floor. Took packing away.
Will definitely order again.

John Doe our favourite go to for a Coffee at Angela’s.. the challenge is every time I end up buying a bit of furniture- the sofa and chair by Stressless was delivered today by Simon & Scott .. the whole process has been stressless 😎 so that’s a Bed, Sofa Chair and two side table and hall table .. I make that at least £1500 a coffee 🤣👍😉 excellent products delivered on time and reasonably priced - takes as the stress away

Contacted John Doe.
They immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and replaced the table with a much higher quality item, at no extra cost.
The delivery guys, Simon & Scott, were polite, efficient and good humoured.

Great quality goods and very friendly and helpful staff (and delivery staff). No pressure from staff in store either which we like.

The delivery team, Simon and Scott, phoned 20 minutes before arrival. They left their shoes at the door and were both friendly and professional. The table was assembled and positioned as requested.
