2 weeks ago I went to Joe Duffy BMW in Finglas. I met a very pleasant sale executive called Soni. He was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time showing me the cars I was interested in and also around my budget. He followed up with emails and phone calls as he said he would. I’m delighted to say I bought my BMW 3 series. I would highly recommend Soni and his other colleagues who were all very professional and very helpful.

Great experience with Joe Duffy, Kia in Finglas. Ross sold me the car and made it all very easy. The test, of course, is what happens after the sale. I would like to thank CAB Ford in Cork, Ireland, and especially their service manager, John, for performing above all my expectations. I had bought a Ford from another dealership and took it to CAB Ford for what I thought was a small issue.
John was very patient with me and extremely helpful in guiding me with what needed to be fixed and how to proceed because I had purchased the car for about a month. I can really confirm that my car was in good hands and thanks to CAB Ford and John, my car runs smoothly now. I am at peace when I have my car serviced at CAB Ford.

Staff at Swords are Terrible. Awful. Useless. Clueless. Not sure what they get paid for. Wont help you. Will try to wash their hands off of the issue. Will waste ur time bring you out just to tell you they cant do it with some crappy excuse. Its unbelievable they are still operating.Will never buy Volkswagen again. I have been visiting them in and out for a year over same issue they cant get fixed and now cause they ran outta options they refuse to fix under guarantee. Bad people

Joe Duffy BMW Finglas. Brought my 10 year old car in for a recall. it did take nearly 4 months to get the date. There is a bit of a palava when you arrive as you need to take a seat and wait to be called to discuss your requirements with a service agent. A little bit uneccessary but anyhow.... I did stress that I needed the car back no later than 16.30, which I could see was a bit of a problem, however I left it with them. I got a call around 14.00 to tell me the car was ready. When I arrived to collect, I had to repeat the sit and wait to be called palava again which is a bit annoying especially as Joe Biden's visit had made me late. Staff were excellent both at reception and Wiktoria who was my service agent! Very pleased to see that the car got a visual inspection and was valeted. I was now a very happy punter.
No Support
I purchased a 2019 car in 2022 and since the day I drove it home it has countless issues - bald tyres, a faulty bumper, bad brakes, mould in the car, an unsecured undertray. And now after a year of owning my car, it is in engine failure and they refuse to cover this under warranty and have said it’s not worth fixing. I am now seven weeks without a car. Constantly spoken down to when I ask for help and treated extremely poorly every time I request help.
Very poor services
I felt that the 13th day waiting period to replace a glow plug is deliberate and insensitive. No communication from them whatsoever. Had I not called 8days after I left the car, they would have not started the repair. I could not help thinking that probably they just have too many costumers and the 430 euro service charge is too little and insignificant.

Audi Limerick very poor customer service
Booked my Audi A4 into Audi Limerick for a timing belt and water pump replacement on the 5th of January 2023 with the work to be carried out on the 30th of January 2023. Dropped my car to the dealership at 8:30am and had it booked in by the service department and was told it would be ready to be picked up at 4pm that afternoon. At 1pm they rang me to tell me they didnt actually have the part and could they fit a non genuine part instead. Obviously the main reason i was having it done at the main dealer was to have genuine parts fitted. I went to pick up my car without any work being done and was told i would be rang the following day with a timeline of when they would have the part without any explanation as to how this error happened. It is over a week and despite me ringing the dealership 3 times to speak to a manager about my experience and feedback as to when they will have the part and can carry out the work I am still waiting to speak to someone other than the receptionist. Will not be going there again.
Class Act
From the moment I entered the showroom I felt valued as a customer, The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. I was offered a coffee and a muffin as I waited, with newspapers available in the super waiting area. My service advisor Dominic was professional and highly efficient, explaining everything and calling back with information and updates as promised. When the work was done, I was impressed by the way Joe Duffy BMW looked after me pricewise and my car had been washed and valeted when I picked it up. Overall a 5-star experience as I would expect from a premium auto retailer. Thanks Dominic.
