Charged €374 euros for nothing.

I recently took my Mercedes to Annesley Williams Mercedes Service Centre in Swords, Dublin to fix a simple battery issue. I clearly explained that the car had a battery fault warning and needed the battery replaced. Instead of resolving the problem, they carried out a diagnostic check for nearly 2 hours and charged me €374, without fixing or replacing anything on my car.

This is extremely disappointing and feels like a complete rip-off. I paid a high price for no solution, poor communication, and wasted time. I expected a premium level of service from an official Mercedes centre, but instead got poor value and no results. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
