The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced — they do not deserve even one star at all. I lost my money.
When I tried to change my flight or get credit, they tried to charge me double the amount. Even when I asked to simply change travel dates and told them more than two weeks in advance, they said it was not possible and refused to help. everytime they said just wait for mail. They can't fix anything through phone.
Everything is confusing, expensive, and they never take responsibility. I will never use them again and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this service.

The worst experience ever -fraud company
The worst experience ever, I had to cancel my trip and they gave me fake information regarding my credit expiry date. When I wanted to use my ticket they said had to pay $1000 on top as a differencei contacted Malaysia airlines where the ticket was issued
Malaysia airlines gave me am much longer expiry date and no out of pocket additional cost. I then wanted to book the ticket to find out Jetzzy got a refund ( before my expiry date)and did not tell me as they thought they can keep the money
I followed up and eventually they only returned partia
A total fraud Misleading and play with Information to grab your money , multiple back n forth strategies to make the customer get sick of following up
I was about to report them To ACCC

Your ticket was issued on 04 APR 2025. A ticket can be open for 1 year, which means you must rebook the new flights before 04 APR 2026. If Malaysia Airlines offers to extend your credits till 12 May 2026 you should have contacted them directly to rebook, since it is the offer from the airline directly to you.
Please be advised that the airline can take over your booking and assist you in rebooking directly.

I have recently booked my flight and the booking process was easy and straightforward. The website was simple to use and I receive my ticket promptly. I haven’t taken my trip yet so I can’t come on the flight experience, but I’m looking forward to my holiday.

This company is a scam don’t pay for any extras I paid refund and flex ticket. When I actually needed to change the ticket or get a refund I was told it was against the terms and conditions assigned on another note if anyone needs two ticket to Sydney from Proserpine lmk

Low prices, reliable check-ins
I found Jettzy because of the lowest prices for a last minute trip. The booking process was very easy, i was sent reminders hours before my flight on the times and luggage requirements. It was also quite easy to find support contact if i needed it.
