Not recommended. Booked tix for two people in the same transaction. Jettsy booked the airline under two separate booking references so that the seats are not linked. This ensures that if you want tonsit together you must pay for a seat selection fee for each pax. The ticket purchase and verification process was very clunky so for a while I thought I had been scammed but in the end it was legit. Overall I would go to the airline direct next time.

Great price great communication in booking flights and seats

The search for flights was excellent however when using the multi city option to book 3 flights it kept telling refusing to show the flight available. what royaly pissed me off is having to then search and book the exact same 3 flights separately and the 11 emails that followed.

The booking process was clear and smooth.
The best part of it, was that within the next few minutes after completing the booking, we were given the airline booking reference details.

Asked for a refund 4 hours after booking my flight and was denied.

Vwry responsive and excellent problem solving skills.

Was moved to another flight the day before and was never notified and had to pay extra for online check in even though I am paying over $300 for each ticket. And now missing an important event

Price changed significantly while I was making the transaction

The worst company ever! I tried to change my ticket 3 weeks before the flight itself, Jettzy started to tell me stories that it was not possible, better buy new ticket , which will cost much more than your current one. I paid additional fees for the flexible ticket , by the way. When I asked for the credit note, I was told that it was also impossible. So, I reached the Airline directly and received credit for my ticket in a couple of minutes. This company cheat . Be careful with them, otherwise you will loose your money!!!

Booking process is simple and professional.

Scumbag company you go through the whole booking process at a certain price and at literally the last stage they say oops your price has increased, then they act like you need to pay now or pay later rather than the fact that you don't have to pay, just select pay later and the transaction will expire, it boggles my mind that corporates think good business is manipulating tricking and scamming they should be playing poker not opening businesses Peter li pull your head in

I booked tickets through Jettzy to Bali, I was skeptical at first and when etickets looked a bit different I got worried. But it was a great experience. There were no issues and price was lowest than other operators. Would not hesitate to book again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced — they do not deserve even one star at all. I lost my money.
When I tried to change my flight or get credit, they tried to charge me double the amount. Even when I asked to simply change travel dates and told them more than two weeks in advance, they said it was not possible and refused to help. everytime they said just wait for mail. They can't fix anything through phone.
Everything is confusing, expensive, and they never take responsibility. I will never use them again and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this service.
