I was advised to contact booking support at Tourism Integration. I have had several "unsatisfactory responses from them. My latest message to them this morning is below. As this concerns the reputation of Jettzy.co.au I am sending it to you for review.
I will push you until you do the right thing.
Latest message to support at Tourism. Please not that the technical issues that I referred to were confirmed by them.
Ok, my first question is…..Is Anna an AI generated response trained to decline fair requests, or are you a person?
I will restate in chronological order what took place.
1. I tried to book with Jettzy.co..au 4 times. The first three times I recieved a “Payment unsuccessful” notification. On the fourth occasion, the screen went blank as I waited for an approval. After a couple of minutes it was clear that the approval wasn'r coming.
2. At this point, the UOB bank credit card team called me. They said they were worried about a suspicious transaction relating to Jettzy.com.au. They were concerned about fraud and recommended that i reject the transaction. I told UOB to reject it. I assumed that the transaction they called about was the fourth attempt I made to book. (I can provide evidence from the bank if required)
3. I decided that Jettzy.com.au was probably not the right choice based on the aforementioned problems, so I booked with Jetstar, the evidence of which I have already submitted.
4. To my surprise, I then receive an email from Jettzy.com.au saying that the booking was confirmed.
5. Clearly, I don't need two sets of tickets for the same flight. The problem arose because of technical issues with the Jettzy.com.au site,
6. If Jettzy.com.au is a legitimate and customer focused organization, Jettzy.com.au should be accountable for customer problems caused by issues with it's website and payment channel.
7. Based on the misinformation from Jettzy.com.au. I requested a refund. I don't want credit, or some other from of compensation, I want my money refunded.
8. Jettzy.com.au should accept responsibility. If the circumstances, if Jettzy.com.au explained to Virgin Australia what happened, the airline would agree to refund the cost.
Is that clear enough for you?
So my question now is…..will you be accountable and take responsibility that arose due to technical issues with your website? yes or no?
After 25 years as a CEO with Allianz, I have thousands of professional corrections, I have good media connections and good airline connections. This is not a story about money, it is a question of whether or not Jettzy.com.au is a reputable company. Are you prepared to do the right thing, or will you just ride rough shod over your customers because you think you can?
If II don't receive a positive response to this message, I wont be writing to you again. I will release the story to my professional connections, media, airline and Allianz. This message will be posted on social media, Linked in, the media and to the Ombudsman. You can look me up on Linked in if you doubt what I'm saying
@ Anna….if you're a real person, call me for free on What's App. I'm based in Bangkok.

If you don't have the authority to make the right decision, I strongly recommend that you escalate my request to someone who can.
So Jettzy.com.au are you going to hide behind the technology/ AI screen or do the right thing?
Awaiting your response

would like to express my disappointment with the service I received on my flight from Melbourne to Sydney last night.
During the flight, I requested a glass of water because I was very thirsty. However, I was asked to wait while the cabin crew completed the food service. I ended up waiting for around 30 minutes without receiving any water. When I asked again, I was told that they would finish serving food first.
I understand that meal service takes time, but providing drinking water is a basic necessity and should not be delayed, especially when a passenger has specifically requested it. It felt like the crew were prioritizing paid food and beverages over a simple request for complimentary drinking water.
I was also disappointed by the attitude of one of the flight attendants. The way she spoke to me came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
I hope you will review this incident with your cabin crew and ensure that passengers' basic needs, such as access to drinking water, are treated with greater priority and that customer service standards are maintained.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

Got a price for a flight, went through the booking and while waiting for payment, the price changed... upwards of course. Accepted the scam, filled the forms, same story. Again, and again. Once was even cheaper by changing a date... but nothing, at payment, it would ask for more money. SCAM.

I was told to wait 12 weeks for a refund. Despite following it up consistently, I found at the end of the period that the refund was submitted nearly two months late. Then Jettzy would not tell me when I would get my money back and to wait patiently. I had to get my money back through chargeback with American Express. Do not use this company in any way

**★★★☆☆ (3/5)**
I booked a flight through Jettzy and paid extra to add a 30 kg checked baggage allowance because it wasn't included with my ticket. Two days later, I received an email saying that the baggage request had a "failure status," meaning the airline might not be able to provide the extra baggage as originally requested.
When I contacted Jettzy's customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact the airline. However, when I called the airline, they said that because I booked through a third-party agent, Jettzy would need to arrange the baggage. I was left going back and forth between Jettzy and the airline, with neither taking responsibility or offering a solution. It was a very frustrating experience.
Another disappointing part was the booking process itself. The initial flight price was different from the final price. When I reached the payment stage, I was told the fare had increased and had to pay an extra $300 to complete the booking. That was very frustrating and made the whole experience feel unreliable.
The booking was completed in the end, but the lack of support, poor communication, and unexpected price increase made the experience disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in customer service and transparency.

Quick and easy booking process, online, everything was simple and easy to use

There was no confirmation email. No booking ref email. It was stressful as I forgot time and provider.

Standard scam site that lets you get all the way to the end before jumping the price up 10%, absolutely disgusting all these sites that can get away with that, it’s false advertising at the least but stealing really

The ticket booking process was extremely slow. I paid extra to select seats, but didn't get what I wanted because the app was so slow in processing, and there was no refund offered whatsoever. I definitely won't be using their service again. It's completely unprofessional.
