Warning! Do not buy this eSIM. I travel a lot and I’m currently in Bali, and the network they use is extremely poor—the cheapest provider, and it’s impossible to install on your iPhone. Their customer service is only available through the app and is completely unhelpful. Go directly to Telkomsel instead and don’t order this one. It’s a waste of your money! You won’t get a refund, and they won’t help you either.

Difficulty connecting
I had really difficulty connecting. Thankfully a got to my hotel and used their WiFi to WhatsApp Jetpac. Jetpac did respond immediately but took quite a period of time themselves, directing me to change various settings before eventually getting the data connection. Not straightforward but got there with a patience on both sides.

Dear Stephen, we are sorry for the inconvenience. As it sounds like a frustrating start, but at least you got it working in the end. Issues like that with travel eSIMs or roaming setups aren’t uncommon—especially when different network settings, APNs, or local carrier compatibility come into play.
Jetpac customer support did what they could, but the trial-and-error approach can definitely test your patience after a long trip. The key thing is you now have a working connection, which makes everything else (maps, bookings, messages) much easier.
If you’re staying a while, it might be worth double-checking:
Your APN settings are saved correctly so it doesn’t drop again
Data roaming is enabled (if required for that eSIM)
You’ve restarted the phone once after everything stabilized
If it disconnects again, we can help you troubleshoot faster without going through the whole back-and-forth. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time and we will gladly assist. Stay safe!

Purchased 2 esims. The first one you buy is the first one activated. Unfortunately I needed the second one to be activated earlier than the first. Carl in customer service responded quickly and provided a refund. I was very happy with how my issue was resolved.

Best travel eSIMs period
Best travel eSIMs period. I have been using them for years while traveling internationally with no issues at all. They came with free WhatsApp access and built in VPN. Jetpac uses local cell service providers and their app makes it super easy to use the packs. They have great support available as well through WhatsApp/email etc. if you need it - I used it for help with reassigning my packs and It was quick and easy. Theresa from Jetpac helped me and she was a joy to work with. Go with Jetpac, period.
