I think like most other people who have used this company, please don't.
** Edit** as the company asked me to. I did receive a full refund months after receiving no correspondence and only after I posted this review. However my experience remains 1 star, and I still do not recommend this company.

Never fulfilled order, had to obtain a chargeback in order to get my refund as this company never responded. Same as other reviews.

UPDATE 12 Feb - I’ve been contacted by Jelly Cases claiming that they sent my shipment but claiming that “It seems that, unfortunately, the shipping company has lost your package.”
Despite asking for a refund now THREE TIMES, I have been ignored.
Will be reporting to my credit card company now to see if they can do anything. Stay tuned!

The process seemed normal
The process seemed normal. I ordered, received an email confirmation immediately, my bank account was charged. I never even received a shipping notification. Reached out to the company several times with no response. I, like others, just want a refund.
UPDATE: Regarding the response from Jelly Cases, I never received the email that they claimed they would send me.

I ordered a phone case on December 30th…
I ordered a phone case on December 30th and used express shipping. It is now January 21st and I still have no tracking number, no nothing. I’ve emailed Jelly Cases multiple times and even messaged them on Instagram multiple times and they won’t answer besides their automated messages. I want a full refund.

Ordered a case - never came
Ordered a case, was charged same day and received the initial order confirmation email (with the standard info stating a follow up email will be coming when the item ships).
In the month+ since then I haven't received anything, and I've reached out a few times only to receive an automated responses about a ticket being created.
From the other recent reviews here I think it's clear to see the site is just a scam and their business model is hoping their prices are low enough that some small percentage of their scammed customers don't have the time to deal with their bank for a chargeback.

Company replied after I left this review - said they missed my ticket because it went to Junk, and they'll figure out what's happening with the shipment and get back ASAP. Predictably, that was the last I heard from them = after that response it was radio silence again and I've reached out a few times with no response.

I ordered a case a month ago and it still has not been shipped. When I tried to contact customer support they gave me a ticket number and then never followed up. I wanted a refund which I never received. Must be a scam? Do not order from here.

Sadly like many have said before...I ordered a case in SEPTEMBER of 2023 and have yet to receive anything. I received a confirmation email and shortly after my credit card was charged. An email about shipping delays was sent a month later. I didn't heard anything and contacted Jelly Cases in a few weeks later and was told that there was issue with the shipping company (an isolated incident) and was asked to submit my address and that they would file a lost claim. I have tried to contact them a few more times and still have not heard from them...Honestly just refund people if you are having issues. This is ridiculous, I really don't have words anymore. Been waiting since 9/10/2023...I am disappointed and just want a refund.
UPDATE: I filed a dispute with my credit card (11/2023). Jelly Cases responded with "documents" to my credit card company on the last day of the deadline-saying that they had processed and fulfilled the customer's order. I still had not received the case I purchased. This was 2 months after I filed the dispute. I disputed again and received my refund. WASTE OF TIME!

Like many people, I ordered a phone case and screen protector, received a link to the Shop app, but no shipping information.
I emailed politely asking for an update, then when I hadn’t heard anything back I got curious and googled reviews, and found out many were in the same position. I emailed again, asking for a refund, as I now believed the website to be a scam.
The company are atrocious at responding, and when they do they make excuses that they’ve experienced “shipping delays to my region”. By which they surely mean “shipping delays to every region”, given the amount of bad reviews.
I want my money back so I can order a phone case from an actual website.
DO NOT ORDER FROM JELLY CASES!!

Extremely disappointed with their customer service i have paid for an order of a case and glass protector in November however have not received these items although the money was taken from my account!
I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them each time i receive a ticket number currently it is number 5 and still received nothing at all no reply nor my item!
Will never use this site again!!

I submitted an order with Jelly Cases for two cell phone cases for my wife and myself over 7 weeks ago. They sent a tracking number that was linked to a Chinese website that has no English on it so you cannot understand anything. When you type in the tracking number in all you see is the date of which the order was made. I have now emailed twice with no replies. SCAM?
I will be contacting my credit card company to report fraudulent business activity and Canadian Better Business Bureau to stop this from happening to anyone else going forward.
This should not happen!

The reviews for jelly cases are bad, because this is a scam!! They dont reply to emails, make excuses… lie about a missing package, and then offer to send you another one.. when you ask for a refund ( because you made the order months ago) they stop replying. Placed an order in September, it is now January and I don’t have my phone case nor any information where it is. I emailed them several times and never got anything back. No tracking, no shipping information, no offer to resend or refund, nothing.
Looking at all the past reviews it really seems that the company is now a scam, taking money and not doing anything in return…
edit : following their reply, they did get in touch with me via email asking for my name and address (which they should have already considering I placed my order before...). I sent it to them, and since then, 0 news. No information, no idea if they actually did anything, no tracking...
