Stole my money and never received my phone case. Do not buy from here.

Like others, I ordered cases months ago, but never received them. reached out via email to customer service, but never heard back. I think this company is scamming.

Jelly cases is a scam site. Don't buy anything here. I lost $22.80. The phone case I ordered 3.30.25 has not arrived and there's no way to reach the company.

This is a fraud. Like many others I ordered and paid for a case and never got anything. Their site is no longer valid.

If I could give less than one star I would. I’m trying not to shop Axxxxx, so I bought here. The prices are ridiculous (4xs what I would spend elsewhere), but I did it anyways. We’ve been waiting about three weeks for our order. I contacted Jelly Cases 3 times and they have not responded. It would be nice to know I’m not getting charged (or I will be refunded) for something we never received. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a phone case for my daughter for her 13th birthday on 2/28/25. We never received the phone case. I have now sent at least 6 emails inquiring about the missing phone case. I have received 3 responses saying they were looking into it. Then they offered an upgrade on the case I ordered and said I would get a discount on a future order. When I responded a day later I got no response again and no phone case in the mail. I’m so over it! This is the worse customer service experience I have ever had. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them! Thanks a lot Jelly Case for making my daughter’s birthday less joyful!

It has been a week and heard nothing and emailed to ask where it is and also hear nothing!

Jelly Cases stole my money and have not sent me the case. I ordered one case over 2 months ago and nothing was received so I emailed them. No response to my first email so sent a second one. Got a response saying they're looking into it and then never heard back. I gave up, looks like they do this to a lot of people. Please avoid this company.

Third time!

The only way I get a response from Jelly Cases is if I write an angry review. It has been 10 days since I got an email saying "Mary" was personally checking on my order. This is nonsense. A scam? I do not believe I will ever see my case and cannot seem to get through to a person. I want the case or a refund.

Never received my phone case. Sent several requests and not one response or credit. Will be contacting paypal to reverse charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Like other reviewers, Jelly Cases has stolen my money and never sent me a phone case. I emailed them yesterday and told them I would make every effort to warn other unsuspecting buyers that their company is a FRAUD. They are a storefront only that uses their website to advertise some really nice phone cases but they take the money and never mail any products. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau next!!!

I wish I could have left no stars because this company is a scam I ordered a phone case and screen protectors and it’s been almost 2 months ago can’t get my money back and they don’t respond when you message them ! I’m reporting them to the BBB ! Dont give them your money you might as well put it in a paper shredder!

Ordered two cases and screen protector two months back and still waiting, support email does not respond to emails.
Had ordered two phone cases in 2021 and though they arrived really late we loved the cases and so after few years tried the same site again.

As one of my experiences was a good but delayed one and recent one not so good and still waiting checked reviews for this site.

I don’t want to lose faith and hope to hear from them sometime soon or not so soon.

I don’t want to believe they are scammers.

Its been 3 weeks since I posted this review, I have neither a response nor the cases yet, how can someone reply selectively to reviews.

I ordered a phone case on 13th of march and paid for express shipping so I could get it quickly for my son's birthday. Still haven't received the case and after sending multiple enquiries I have had zero response. Very disappointed to have been ripped off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just like so many of these other reviews, I never got my phone case or heard back from their representatives. Just took my money and gave me nothing. Honestly looking into reporting them since clearly I am not the only one they’ve done this to. Please do not support this company.

This website is a scam. Ordered cases, didn't arrive, followed up for weeks. Then saw all these reviews. Lucky the bank refunded me my money. DO NOT BUY from this website

A YEAR AGO MARCH, i ordered a phone case from this company..and have tried to contact them monthly since no product ever arrived. FIRST it was the shipping department’s fault and they stated they would send a replacement asap…then….crickets.

i asked for a refund if no product was going to be sent…..crickets.

i realize that i am not out that much $, but if they did this to a few thousand customers. THEY would have a good chunk of $!

Ordered 4 months ago and never received my order. Was told they lost my package, yet months later, no info. They have stopped replying to me, ghosting me after taking 30$ from me. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THESE. SCAMMERS.

I ordered my case well over a month ago. After multiple emails to customer service, I was told that it was lost in shipping and that they would re-ship (it took a threat to contact my bank before they would reply to my email). I have still not received the case or any further tracking info. They have stopped replying to my emails. BUYER BEWARE!

This is a scam! Do not order from them. Placed an order March 5th. Haven’t received any shipping into and it hasn’t arrived despite my paying for faster shipping. I have emailed the company multiple times which only one generic response given back to me about it being lost during shipping and they would handle it and keep me updated. They did no such thing. Scam! Don’t do it!
