I have been impressed with our new property manager, Elena. Since taking over from her predecessor, we have managed to tackle some complicated matters through her due diligence, fantastic efficiency and sheer hard work.

Our block had a drains issue.
Stuart our property manager dealt with the problem immediately with no fuss or drama. Plumbers were on site within hours and problem solved.
Well done Stuart.
As a footnote, the problem recurred over the weekend, but the plumbers returned first thing Monday morning and fingers crossed everything works as it should.
So overall, really impressed and happy with Stuart at JCF

Our property has been managed by JCF for several years and we recently have a new property manager who has been managing our day to day and also the delivery of a large maintenance project. Stuart has done a fantastic job in coordinating both and has made the process so much smoother through efficient style, good communication and general positive, can-do attitude.

Elena Pletea continues to be outstanding. She is always prompt and helpful and really tries her best to ensure you get all the assistance or clarification that you require. Over the years, there have been several management companies in charge of the property, but I never wrote a review because quite frankly, there was nothing to praise…until Elena arrived. I have never met her in person, yet all our interactions have been very personalised, whilst still being professional.She genuinely cares about her clients/residents. I can’t commend her enough!

Howard Nicholson has been very knowledgeable and always on hand with any questions and also extremely professional and always helpful.
Also the director David Grieves has a very family oriented vibe to their company which I’ve always liked.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their homes maintained and looked after.

Our block of flats finally got a long standing issue resolved thanks to Molade Owoade

We have used JCF for just over 2 years and they have always dealt with matters in a helpful and polite manner. The Business Development Manager Katrina Verdon-Roe is exceptional and a credit to the company. Our current property manager is Molade Owoade who is calm and professional ensuring smooth and efficient property management.

I have been dealing with Joshua Harvey who has been amazing to deal with. I wanted to express my appreciation for all of your hard work.

We have been in the flat for5/6 years.
The first few years were frustrating , trying to get issues sorted.
Now we have an efficient and understanding manager Chloe. Issues are getting more attention, and being sorted. One hopes this will continue ,as the block needs to be brought up to and maintained to a reasonable standard.

I live in Hardwicks Square which is a challenging client for JCF. The blocks are over 20 years old and there are often aspects of the buildings which need fixing. On top of that, we have had a significant cladding issue to resolve, which has involved seeking finance from the Government in order to do the work and make the flats safe to live in and retain their value for those who own them. This project is nearing completion after nearly 5 years of work. We could not have done this without Elena's hard work and dedication. There are been numerous, unforeseen hiccups and unexpected twists and turns in the building works and she has tirelessly and relentlessly kept the project on track. She has been our guardian angel without whom we may never have got to this point. I cannot thank her and JCF enough for going above and beyond to help us during this difficult period. Elena is one of the kindest, most efficient agents I have dealt with to date. Things get done and she is always available to talk when needed no matter how small or big the problem is. I cannot recommend her enough.

JCF required access to a flat to perform maintenance, their approach was demanding with suggestions that if no person was present there would be financial penalties. As the work was expected to take most of the morning I organised my schedule to comply. I was informed at 21:00 the evening before that the parts were unavailable. Surely this was known much earlier. A new date was set. This time I was informed that the new parts were incorrect, I found this out at 16:00 having waited all morning for the work to start. I phoned Molade, no answer, phoned David Graves, no answer. JCF have little consideration for their clients and no need to apologise for their actions. No doubt I will be served an Unreasonable Behaviour policy for complaining, meanwhile I expect to see 3 or 4 glowing reviews on this website in the next week to retain their 4.3 rating.

Elena of JCF is an exceptional property manager, she is always incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond to help. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I am a Lessee and a director of the residents' association, living in a block of flats that has been managed by JCF Property Management for several years. We Lessees own a share of the Freehold and therefore it is essential that the flats covered by the Freehold are properly maintained and that audited annual financial returns are submitted to Companies House in a timely fashion. On account of the large number of individual flats, we employ the services of the reputable and trustworthy property management company JCF Property Management, who facilitate health and safety inspections, gather all the financial information required for annual statutory returns and also negotiate our essential buildings' insurance packages. This is something residents cannot deal with on their own. Also there are basic maintenance issues, which are dealt with by JCF, who provide a good reporting system. We have a dedicated property manager called Oliver H, who is very responsive and competent. I can only speak for my own experience, which has been very good. Remember, all these property managers have a portfolio of properties to deal with and they respond as quickly as is feasibly possible to each request.

I am in a leg cast and have been unable to leave my flat for over 2 weeks as the only lift has been out of service. I am scared if there is a fire. Company keep telling us that there are delays but that doesn’t change the fact there is no lift. Have not been able to go to the supermarket or order food delivery as they will not come up the stairs.

I am a property manager, and deal with block management companies often which is tough as there is a lack of communcation and poor attitude. I have for the first time had the most pleasant experiance in a property of mine dealing with Joshua Harvey. I reported an issue that was not an block issue, but an issue flat to flat just for some assistance. He went out of his way to ensure he was on top of it and followed up twice with me to ensure the issue would get resolved. His communcation was positive which is not often found! Many thanks Josh.

Terrible property management. 3 weeks and the elevator still not fixed!!! We had 2 break-ins in underground parking and they still not changed the parking fob. DISGUSTING JUST DONT USE THEM !!
