The shipping that Javvy uses is horrible GoFo. I have to chase the order down every month because we live in a condo. Which delays my delivery by 5-7 days. As expensive as the product is they are being super cheap with shipping. I am cancelling my subscription. I don’t have time to contact GoFo shipping each time to track down my order and give delivery instructions.

I’m loving my Refreshers this summer! The favors are spot on and the drinks are light and hydrating not heavy and chalky. My orders have been shipped within a day or two of ordering and I’ve been able to amass great pricing within the Javvy site!! My new favorite afternoon boost!!

Customer service is almost nonexistent. There is no phone number and customer service does not respond via email to the issue within 48 hours as they say most are handled. I received an email from customer service to say of I see the issue I need to pass this to someone else. The issue could have been resolved when the order was originally processing if someone would have handled this issue the first day.

The subscriptions did not send me any reminder email so I could make sure the needed funds were in my account then their solution was to mail it back once I finally receive it.

Regardless of your product, customer service is lacking. Cancelling Javvy. Will never use their products again.

I love the products. They are great tasting and mix well without clumps. Love the variety of flavors and sugar free options.

Sadly, I never received my order so I cannot do a review on the taste of the product. I was looking forward to this. The shipping is just ridiculous. Customer service answers a day later and the subscription function is terrible. They tried charging me for a subscription when I never received the product and they knew that because she tracked it and it was lost. No they never even offered to send out a new one. They told me I could reorder.
A friend of mine referred me and after this experience they have lost her business as well now.

I absolutely love javvy! I am not a big coffee drinker but the flavored coffees are amazing! My favorite is probably white Chocolate Mocha. It gives me that caffeine kick I need in the morning and I am able to knock out 10 grams of the 30 grams I need a day. There are so many different flavors to choose from and if you don’t like coffee you could try the Refreshers that also have 10 grams in one scoop. I highly recommend that everyone at least try it.

Great customer service. My unopened Javvy peach protein drink mix was confiscated by CMH TSA on a recent flight. Ridiculous. When I told Javvy about my loss they refunded my purchase so I can reorder. I don’t know why it triggered the wand alert, but Javvy stepped up and saved the day. CMH TSA 👎👎Javvy customer service 👍👍🙏🙏

It's expensive but worth it. It tastes great. I have tried the watermelon raspberry, blueberry pomegranate and strawberry acai. All of them were delicious. It helps me get more protein and hydration without the sugar.

Love, love my Javvy Dubai chocolate flavored protein coffee. Have even used some of it not merely for iced coffee but also for a delish chocolate Javvy coffee martini!
It’s fantastic

My rating is not about the product but about how customer service took care of me.
I originally bought the coffee because people said that there was no aftertaste like stevia. Being super sensitive to taste, I tried it.
Unfortunately, I cannot drink it, the aftertaste was so bad, I thought I was going to be sick. Now the refresher I got was not as bad and tolerable but the creamer and the coffee were undrinkable to me.
I honestly expected Javvy to tell me “well you opened them so you are stuck with them” but Ky was amazing and refunded my order, advising me to give it to someone else or toss it.
It is rare to find a company that stands by their products and I have to say, I was absolutely in shock when I saw the refund come through.

Thank you Javvy and especially Ky, for making the process easy. I will recommend you all to my friends. Even though I didn’t like the product, the way you handled this situation was above and beyond.

I have the French vanilla creamer and was not happy with the very sweet taste so I read the return policy called and didn't agree with AI bot that's another story but I finally got an answer by my customer service rep who throughout this time had checked up with me until this matter was handled with several back and forth emails Thank you Arianne you went above and beyond with your services Thanks again Arianne

I gave 4 stars because I’ve been a monthly customer for 4 years or so now and it tastes great and works great for all in my household; the price has gone up on me since I initially started my monthly subscription. I recently received an empty bottle in my order and I reached out to customer service they got back to me right away and asked for pictures I sent pictures and they are sending me a new bottle right away within two days I’ve gotten my shipping track for the new bottle. Hopefully they don’t go up on price anymore because we enjoy our javvy

I appreciate customer service and their quick response to address my request and make right a concern I had. Do not hesitate to trust this company.

I have made a couple purchases over the years. First with the coffee concentrate, which the 3 flavors I tried were excellent but I didn’t drink enough to order more. But I did buy the protein refreshers and holy smokes those are awesome!!! I recently placed an order for 4 more bags and had a minor issue with my order and contacted customer service. The staff that replied were so helpful and kind! The level of service was great and another fact that will have me returning again! Keep up the great work!

Their website is easy to navigate. Their products taste good and are easy to use. I had a small issue reached out and they responded and fixed it right away. I didn't care for a flavor I chose and exchanging it was an easy and quick process!

The flavors are amazing. Product gets shipped in a timely matter. I stopped drinking hot coffee because it was putting me back to sleep and I went to monster javas until I ordered my first 4 bags of javvy and they gave me more energy and theres more flavors to choose from. I love the salted caramel and caramel. I have tried 5 different flavors now. Just a great product.

Love the Javvy Refreshers. My favorite so far is the Peach as it has a true peach flavor. I love that they are not high in sugar or artificial sweeteners as I am diabetic and need drinks that will not spike my glucose. They are great for upping my protein intact for the day.

I love javvy. So easy to order from. Coffee powder taste great. Keeps me full pretty much all day.
