I wrote Javvy as they do not have any way to call or text customer service. I want to return my last order. What does this company do? They make it impossible for you to contact them. They won't respond to my request to do a return. Don't buy from them. You can't reach h anyone of you need assistance. I am going to do a BBB complaint. A company has to give you a way to reaem.

After seeing enough IG ads and knowing i needed protein in the morning, i figured I’d give this stuff a shot. i usually don’t like whey or any protein powder really, and i figured it would be overhyped, but I ended up really loving this stuff. I have a lot of trouble eating in the morning so being able to get close to 30g of protein out of this (2 scoops and 8 oz of milk) has been a game changer for me. It also tastes great - none of that sugar replacement taste. It’s still quite sweet too. So far i’ve tried Cinnamon Churro, Banana Bread, Cookie Dough, and Blueberry Crumble. So far my favorite is Cinnamon Churro.

I ordered and received a Javvy product that did not taste good to me. I emailed Javvy and asked for a refund or replacement of a different flavor and they were wonderful about offering a replacement. I was able to choose another flavor to try and they sent me the flavor I asked for. I am so happy to have reached out to them!

I received the best customer service. What a great company.

The staff at Jaavy were very helpful and prompt in helping me with a refund and cancellation. I appreciated that greatly. They sent personal emails and had several people helping to solve my issue. I have ordered from Jaavy before and will continue to do so, in the future. I especially love that they continue to get new products. My next product to try will be the flavored clear protein. Super excited! Thanks Jaavy for your excellent customer service.

Great deal and great flavor. Had a small (huge) issue with the courier delivering my package. My package was damaged, taped and items were missing. I sent the pictures to customer service and Ella took such good care of my order issue and got my replacement order out quickly.

For the first time of me trying Javvy coffee it was great .I love how you had plenty of flavors to choose from . And the whole process was easy to use and the delivery came quick. I would definitely order again.

I was looking for a refresher type drink with no sugar and I finally found it! JAVVY is so delicious and refreshing!

I struggle keeping my protein up and when I saw the advertisement on Facebook, I knew I had to at least try it. Now I have had my share of protein added foods and drinks already. That did not go over well with my likes. I tried these refreshers and not only do they help with protein and fiber, they also taste amazing. Reach out and try them for yourself. Strawberry Lemonade is my choice now over any other drink.

I rate javvy 5 stars for the speedy customer service im always provided. It is pretty expensive, white chocolate mocha is my fave protein coffee. Some others are not as tasty, could just be me.

Javvy refreshers have been a huge help on my wellness journey this year. I blend one scoop up with ice and water, pour into a tumbler to sip on as I walk my dog. It makes the walk enjoyable for both of us. She stops to sniff and mark, I stop to sip and enjoy a bit of protein goodness and appreciate the moment, instead of trying to get her to quickly move on. I highly recommend these for flavor and satiety!

The coffee is as good as your favorite barista. Customer Service is fantastic and really care about customer experience either positive or negative. The coffee also seems to help curb craving for something sweet. Delivery time is fast.

The strawberry lemonade refresher is so delicious! It tastes exactly like any regular strawberry lemonade I’ve ever had, but with so many added benefits. I have been using it daily and am excited to try the other flavors. I have already ordered 4 other flavors to try. Shipping was fast and the resealable bags are nice. The powder mixes in very easily and is indeed a clear drink when the froth from mixing settles. There is no chalky taste or thickness at all to the drink. It’s just like drinking a regular lemonade! I love this so much!

It taste great the French vanilla coffee and the strawberry lemonade refresher

I’m on a GLP1 and it’s hard getting in enough protein daily. This is a fast, easy, and nutritious way to get your protein! Morning, noon, or night, experiment with the flavors, it’s delicious! Caramel is my favorite, and the refreshers are so refreshing!

Really impressed with Javvy Coffee! The coffee tastes great, it's convenient to make, and I love that I can enjoy a good cup without all the hassle. The ordering process was straightforward and everything arrived as expected. I've been enjoying it and having it gives me an awesome post-workout boost!

The shipping that Javvy uses is horrible GoFo. I have to chase the order down every month because we live in a condo. Which delays my delivery by 5-7 days. As expensive as the product is they are being super cheap with shipping. I am cancelling my subscription. I don’t have time to contact GoFo shipping each time to track down my order and give delivery instructions.
