The product is good
The product is good, packed well and the shipping quick. I bought the jars because I thought they were UK made whereas they are Italian. So my only minor issue is that product origin is not displayed although manufacturers name is mentioned so I could have searched. It would not prevent me from buying from the company again.

No problem with the lids
No problem with the lids that I purchased, but I was surprised to find them loose inside the cardboard box that they came in. I would prefer a liner inside the outer box

The order process was easy
The order process was easy, the bottles do appear to be very well made, the delivery was ontime, however the packaging was a fail the bottles were rolling around in the box, thankfully with no breakages so proves the quality of the glass.

PACKAGING NOT GREAT
The jars are great and arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I just wish the packaging was better as the jars are not tightly packed. The slip out of the cardboard separators and so get bashed about in transit. Last box had several broken, thankfully this package didn't but more luck than judgement I think.
