Didn’t see the love in Japan With Love
My complaint is about stonewalling my attempt to return for a refund a Zero Japan teapot because it was much smaller than the size I expected from the description on their website. It wasn’t just a question of deducting the shipping cost before issuing a refund, they simply refused to accept a return at all. So I’m out over $50, end of story.
Honestly, I have never had an experience like this with a mail order company before. I have also ordered products from other Japanese companies, and their customer service was excellent.
