Check the returns policy $50 to return
The pants looked cheap and were shorter than they appeared on the model. Cost $20 for express shipping and AUD50 to return them. I will never buy anything from here again. Too risky with such a ridiculous 'restocking' fee. I buy a lot from overseas merchants and have never had to pay a fee like this before.
Edit: the merchant replied pointing me to the returns policy. I can't see anywhere that it mentions the restocking and return fee could be anywhere near 25% of the cost of the item. In my experience this is usually a small fee (E.g $10-$15 AUD not $50).

Perfect for travel
Perfect for travel! I was not expecting it to be so soft! I bought this for travel. It is thin but still warm and doesn't take up much space in my bag, which is what I was looking for. I bought a S/M and it fits perfect! (I normally wear a size 29/30 in Mother jeans.)

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my dress, and the customer service team responded incredibly quickly and changed it before my order was shipped.

I ordered a dress that was in stock and…
I ordered a dress that was in stock and matching sweater that was back ordered. My order said both pieces would be shipped together some time in July. But instead the dress was shipped immediately in June and I got the sweater 40 days later, tried outfit on and sweater was too big and dress was too small. It was too late to return dress (over 30 days) but I was able to return the sweater. Now I’m stuck with a $200 dress I can’t wear. And yes, according to the size chart I ordered a small but medium was what I really needed.
