Beautiful clothes, easy ordering and very helpful customer service

Really easy contact with the store and a customer-friendly approach! The quality of the clothes is great, love the material! I was worried about how international shipping would work, but the whole process was easy to track.

Update: €45!!! For a faulty return, I have now taken multiple steps towards the marketing and manaing director, this is horrible.

I ordered a pair of pants for €170, but received them in a completely different, much darker color than advertised. When I contacted customer service about this seller error, they set up a return but informed me I would only get €147 back.

They are trying to charge me €23 in "international handling/return fees" to cover up their own mistake.

Under both UK and EU consumer law, a customer should never pay a single cent for a retailer's delivery error.

Customer service just sends copy-paste template replies refusing to solve this.

Absolutely terrible service. I will update this review if they decide to follow the law and refund my full €170.

I found my first response re seeking detailed info about restocking proforma, and I was disheartened. I tried again, another day, as I was quite set on this outfit for my son's wedding. So glad I did! Maria and Rosy were incredibly helpful, patient, informative and timely.
Curiously, despite multiple texts pushing the out-of-stock item I'd wanted, I wasn't informed it was back on-line or restocked. I rather expected this, though, as I've never found those 'sign-up for notifications' systems work. One of the reasons I reached out as I did to communicate.
Anyway, through my own determination, I was texted about a sale and I masochistically checked again. Within about two hours of that notification I went back again only to find THIS TIME the tab didn't say out-of-stock but indicated I could make a pre-order! I instantly did this and, it turns out that within days it had been restocked toboot(!). Lots of nudges to get on-line but nothing stating "We've RESTOCKED". The outfit arrived yesterday and is PERFECT (although I have to hem it, which I knew would be the case); but I'm over the moon pleased. Lovely quality and thanks to your team for everything!

The size is not the right one: XS should not be a medium size. It should be really a small size (French 34).
