I love the new windows they look perfect. We needed to save a bit for it but we’ll worth the wait. We had one done 18 years before and looks new without any work done in all these years. Fab team work too!

We are delighted with our new windows. They are excellent quality and very much in keeping with the period of the property. The installation was also excellent and the site survey did a superb job as the windows are quite intricate. We are very happy customers.

From quoting to completion every aspect was done to an immaculate standard. Every step was clearly detailed and the days when "on site" went to perfection with each window in and out without any issues. The existing surrounds were left as though no one had been there! The 15 windows were replaced in under 4 days with almost no disruption. The quality is almost unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone.

We received helpful advice when selecting the products and colours, were kept well informed about installation timescales and the fitters took a lot of care over their work.

We are past customers of Jack Brunsdon & Son so we are aware of the excellent products and services the company provides. We had another great experience with the company this time after ordering a new front door with triple glazed leaded coloured glass panels.
From the date of placing our order to the survey and then to manufacture and fitting everything went smoothly.
The fitters were absolutely fastidious in their handling of the door and fitted it with consummate ease and precision. They are a credit to the company.
We are so pleased with the door and the lovely appearance our house now has , much improving the light that is emitted through the coloured glass and attracting many positive comments from our neighbours.
We have been happy with the contact we had from Jack Brunson & Son both by phone or email but we felt that something was missing that was there in the past and we felt that the personal touch had been lost by referring to our order as “your contract” or “your order” . A lot of time and money is invested in the purchase of a single door or many windows and doors and it would make a purchase experience even better if the order was referred to as “your beautiful door “ or your beautiful windows etc”
In conclusion. We are delighted with our beautiful door and if ever we are in the market for windows and doors in the future we will definitely be returning to Jack Brunson & Son.

We are delighted to report that our door and window installation went very well, and that the service provided by Jack Brunsdon’s installers, Brendan and Tom, was first class. In addition to their skill and professionalism, nothing was too much trouble and they kept any inconvenience down to a minimum. The high quality end product has 100% met our expectations.

We are thrilled with the top quality new windows throughout the whole of our large Edwardian house and would rate many of the stages of our Brunsdon experience as 5 star: there was an impressive range of different design options suggested to us from the start of the design process with excellent flexibility for mixing various design details together for the final look of the windows; there was a meticulous measurement and installation discussion, and the final installation work overseen by Peter, and carried out very largely by Danny and Debs, was literally nothing short of miraculous. Their dedication to the whole installation task, their accompanying skill levels and the hours they spent ensuring every last detail was correct was phenomenal in every way. And all carried out in such a friendly manner, with every conceivable care shown to the fabric of our house as a whole. Absolutely 5 star without a shadow of a doubt!
We gave 4 stars overall, however, as we would just like to suggest two other possible amendments to the whole project; as ours was an unusually large project, it would have been even more useful to us to have had an initial exploratory visit to the house at the earlier design stage, which would have revealed, from the outset, that we would be faced with an unusually large amount of internal making good after installation owing to the fact that our original windows would be extremely challenging to take out. As it was, we had already paid a substantial deposit for the job and were some way into the process before we discovered this fact. This scenario didn’t in the end put us off from proceeding but other clients might be more affected by this. There was also a mismatch between the back office views about the overall length of time required for our job and the views of the experts on the ground actually carrying out the work, with the result that we did need to break the job to accommodate our holidays. Again, this didn’t prove insuperable for us, but other potential length of time mismatches might not be so easily accommodated. Hence these two small caveats which we hope will be seen in the constructive light in which we intend to communicate them. But overall, we are in no doubt that we have massively improved the quality of all the windows in our house after our Jack Brunsdon installation; both from the aesthetic appearance of the house, and in the top quality of the product itself, and would definitely highly recommend Brunsdons to other prospective clients.
