I had to get my visa for China while I was in the UK for business. With this, I unfortunately had to ship my passport internationally to the LA office. However, with the help of Kyle Lawrence, everything went so smoothly and off without a hitch. Kyle was constantly keeping me in the loop as to the status of my visa application, the whereabouts of my passport (while it was across the globe away from me), and was sure to keep my priorities in mind to get my passport back to me safely and a timely manner. Thank you to ItsEasy and Kyle for your excellent work and all of your help for getting my visa for China and my passport back to me in the UK safe and sound.

Had to get visas to the Bahamas for my family and was a bit anxious to send passports out of state to an online business. But found there was a Boston branch nearby where I lived and decided to go in person instead. Michelle checked over all the forms necessary first and sent everything out for me. I had no problems and received all the passports back in 2 weeks and was very happy with the experience!

I purchased a higher priced product to ensure I would get my visa before my trip. The rep assured me I would get it the date I requested and refunded me the difference. I actually picked up my visa 2 days before the date I requested.

Needing a China visa for our upcoming Cruise was looking like a total hassle. A quick online search brought up "Its easy" Their price seemed reasonable. I started the process thinking this was going to be a total pain. I followed all the instructions gathered my documents, and put them in the Fed ex envelope, not so bad. It was truly a leap of faith to seal and send off my passport. 1 day later RELIEF! I received an email that my documents had been received and were being processed. 8 days later my docs were ready and overnighted back. DONE Its really that easy. Thanks I'll be back.

I feel somewhat at a loss when facing the prospect of applying for a visa and It's Easy really does make it easy. I had questions while filling out the online application for India and I was able to reach someone by phone very quickly each time I got stuck and they were able to easily answer my questions. I kept getting emails about the progress of my application and it was done more quickly than estimated.

We found this service to easy to use and cost effective. They delivered our India Visas ahead of schedule.

Over the past several years I have been a regular user of the IEP service for me and all my family. The experience is always the same: outstanding!!. I was so glad to read an online description of ItsEasy Services as I'd become frustrated that the local consulate used Portuguese text on their website to describe the VISA process through their office. I had to make an unexpected trip to Sao Paulo and I had never needed a VISA before.

Very professionally done and quick. I received my Indian visa in about 2 weeks after dropping off the documents at ItsEasy. I also appreciated getting notifications about where we were in the whole process. I fully recommend this place to anyone.

Its Easy is an awesome service. They handle all of our business visitor visas for India, China, and Singapore. They do an awesome job. Whenever, I have a question, I just reach out over chat and get it answered within a few minutes. Everything always runs smoothly with their service.

This company almost ruined what turned out to be a memorable experience!!!
We were in need of a VISA for travel to Brazil. We started to work with this company the third week of September to start the process for Visas needed the first week of November, speaking with them on the phone several times and paying for and using their pre-document check services to be sure everything was in order. All of the required, original documents were overnighted to them on September 19, after they reviewed our package and assured us that everything was in order.
On the next evening, we received a telephone message that they could not obtain our Visas in time for our trip and were returning our documents (what?!!!) and refunding all fees, which they did. How could they talk to us, provide guidance, review our documents, give us the green light to send the originals, INCLUDING OUR PASSPORTS, and then return our docs almost the very next day unprocessed? When called, someone said that we did not purchase expedited service. Three things wrong - at the time of our submission, their website indicated that we had enough time to obtain the visas and did not need expedited service; during all of our conversations prior to submitting paper work, no one said we needed to expedite the process; the embassy providing services for our area DOES NOT HAVE expedited service.
Fortunately, we worked with another company that was able to secure our visas by the middle of October. No one could explain why we were told by ItsEasy, in mid-September, that there was insufficient time to secure Brazilian visas needed for early November.
You be the judge.
UPDATE: I stand by my experience with this company despite the response written below by the company. I understood fully when I was told that I could submit my paperwork as everything was in order. Have the document from the company that gave me the go-ahead; there was no lag time in providing the document, was sent out the same day overnight and received by the company the next day. Each person that I spoke to KNEW that my application needed to be serviced by the embassy in Miami. I am troubled by the statement that they could have kept my materials and said nothing. I think I fully understand that statement. You draw your own conclusions. Finally, I did not work with a small agency to finally obtain my VISA. I am done with this. I had a wonderful trip.

The name says it all! ItsEasy is such an easy and effective way to apply for tourist Visas. I would highly recommend them and am so appreciative for all their help. For those that do not want to deal with working directly with a Consulate, ItsEasy is the best way to address your passport/visa needs!
