I would highly suggest NOT using this service to help with an ultra rush service of >4 business days.

My experience was very stressful , the service communication poor , and in the end due to me sending a UK sized passport photo and then thier office having me submit a new photo from an app they recommended instead of just sending a new photo I missed but my international flight and the cruise I had booked .

Also their prices are not transparently listed on the website - I ended up paying them an extremely extortionate rate of $700 for their service fees , plus another 240$ for the government fees, and it took 7 working days with no offer of discount on their service or compensation for my travel disruption.

Please do not use if you need confidence and transparency- I should have used Rush my Passport on reflection.

Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.

Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Seattle biometrics offices were closed, and I was at a loss on what to do to get my biometrics appointment scheduled. On a whim, I called Ambassador Passport and Visa Services to see if they could offer any advice (after calling and emailing everybody within the UK visa offices and VFS Global websites with no luck). Ladan with Ambassador was the first person I spoke to who was able to give me a definitive answer regarding office closures and helped me get an appointment scheduled at the nearest office. She did this with no expectation of me using their company. After I decided to utilize the experts at Ambassador, she worked really hard with me to get my visa expedited with the changing regulations due to COVID and managed to get my passport back to me quicker than expected. She answered all of my questions and put up with all of my panicked phone calls. Thank you so much, Ladan, and everyone else at Ambassador Passport and Visa Services. You made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to deal with, and it was really reassuring to know that I had someone on my side helping me.

They did everything as promised. Seemed like magic.

Full-service, quick, efficient, and sure beats standing in line. Well worth it.

I would highly recommend Ambassador Passport to anyone seeking passport services. Everyone in our family uses APVS. We travel frequently and a times to Visa challenged areas in the globe. Don't let the appearances fool you, these women are the best of the best!

They were hard to contact to make an appointment and ask questions.
Once I finally made the initial connection, the service was good. Since I had never used their services, I expected more, but it was adequate and I received my visa as promised.

Excellent service professional and courteous prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great service.

We have used Ambassador several times. Each of the last two times the company has returned our passports to us missing visas for one of the countries we needed for our trips and for which we had paid hundreds of dollars. We did get a refund but it was very subpar service and in one instance put us in a precarious time crunch. Will likely not use again although we travel constantly and need a reliable service.

Honestly I have used them for many years now, and I have only good things to say about the folks at Ambassador. The place is obviously busy because of the good reputation they’ve built for themselves, but they are kind, courteous and most importantly you can depend on them to get it done in a professional timely manner.

I needed the process to proceed quickly as a trip to China came up suddenly. Everything went as promised and expediently as I live in HI and had to rely on your services to walk it through the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles. Thank you for all your help!

What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process.
