One of the best customer service I have ever came across

I purchased from this company for the first time and was blown away by their customer services.
DPD let them down big time, my order arrived late and damaged but I was in communication with It's a Baking thing through out and although upset for the saga, everything was made a bit better by their swift and professional replies.
What DPD broke they managed to fix and with sprinkles on top! It is really rare I write a review and it has to be on merit.
I highly recommend them and I will be a return customer
