I have been using the idyllic hair nourishing oil every week for the last 8 months and my hair is not only the thickest and the most healthy it's been pre having kids it's also the longest. It's an absolute staple in my hair routine. I use it once a week the day before I wash my hair. I leave it in overnight or I wear it in all day. Highly recommend this product. I even use it on my children and their hair is so strong and long.
