The rituals are short enough for busy people and sound different than typical long meditation audios...feels like having my psychologist with me when i need.
I tried the Grounding blend and it feels very different from typical scents.
It’s deeper and more settling, and I notice it helps me feel more present, especially on days when everything feels a bit overwhelming. It’s become something I reach for when I need to slow things down.
