Ordered on the 17 september and item never received.... big disappointment its the 8th october now.....

Wow! I have to admit that I was pretty apprehensive about buying, so I only ordered 1 pair… that turned into 6! Great quality, fast delivery, reasonably priced, and seriously stylish! Love them!!!! Oh, and prescription is spot on! Never paying full retail again!

And you still said to email even though I wrote that already?! Did you not read the below? You have also still not contacted me on either of the two email addresses I have used (7 messages from one and 3 from another) or phone numbers or Facebook or Instagram messages I have sent...

I ordered two pairs of glasses and they sent me varifocals even though I requested bifocals. I don't like varifocals and know they are considered an upgrade but I prefer the bifocal larger bottom, the line and never bothered me.

I have emailed 4 times and messaged on Facebook and a Instagram, I also tried to call them and used the website support form and tried at all hours of the day and night to get a life support person through the website but it just says they are never online. I have not received a single response in over a week.

Before I get a polite response saying to email I have already some all the contact options and emailed the following email address as per the website: service@aoolia. com (I have left a space in the beside email address, as teustpiolot would not let me add an email address so to allow for the visibility as I don't want to be responded with something I have already done)...

I have tried from a different email address also and still not heard anything.

I'm giving them 48hrs to respond to me and then I suppose I just claim off my credit card for a full refund? I would have preferred to just get replacement lenses as the glasses looked nice.

I usually buy 4-6 pairs of glasses each year and saw this as a fun new company with some wild styles.

Currently all I can say is I cannot recommend their aftercare service as it has literally been non existent.

Such a shame, this could have been a great affordable option for new glasses every other month!

Website took two times to log prescription of glasses then when ordering the wrong prescription was logged on the order. Glasses came and asked to return, understood would cost more money after initial email, but then no communication at all. I had no issue with paying more to get the correct prescription but bitterly disappointed with their returns process. Won't be shopping with them ever again.
