Faulty Advertising and Fraudulent Practices

The company has a deceptive website and bad return policies. I have been buying glasses on line for years - this is the worst.

The glasses came and prescription was wrong and I did not like the style --- Southood offered me a $30 credit towards my next pair or to ship it back for a $65 refund on a $189 glasses/frames with lenses.

Ship it back for sure - right? Nope ---- ship it to china!! ridiculous.

Misleading photos and poor-quality products — avoid this site

I had a very disappointing experience with this online store southoodeyewear.com. The product I received was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The images on the website are heavily edited to look premium, but the actual item is extremely low-quality — similar to what you'd find on bargain platforms like TEMU.

While I have nothing against products made in China, this company clearly sources from the lowest-end suppliers and passes them off as high-end goods. To make things worse, they seem to be using fake 5-star reviews to deceive customers.

This is not a trustworthy site, and I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.
