I’ve used the app for years. Simple, effective and useful in many ways. Highly recommended

issues with the program, i have contacted support, they ask me to repair there program issue, i dont know how, and when it prints on customers invoice, it adds lines at the top, makes me look like im using second hand paper. im looking ellswhere for service. and no support number.

This company likes to scam their own customers. Highly unethical company. They are coming out with “new plans” -downgrading & removing features from current plan holders and charging them the same amount. Actually disgusting business practice. Shameful.

Helpful staff and easy to use

The programme has ease of use. It would be nice though to create statements from my desktop and not just my cellphone. If i have any issues it is dealt with promptly.

Amazing platform. I've tried several apps and they need a lot more work to be consistently useful. This app has it all! I definitely recommend trying it out.

Decent app until… The AI features were great until the invoicing AI went away. The very large issue with this app is that I have many google reviews stuck within the app and will not transfer over to my google business. As any small businesses owners know, these reviews are hard to get and play a critical roll in business. I have contacted customer support for many weeks and they still have not replied with a fix.

I've been using Invoice Simple for many years. It does exactly what it says on the tin... Simple to use!
I don't want bells and whistles, this software meets my needs and is not expensive either.
Any problems, of which there a very few, have always been dealt with quickly. For example just today I found a glitch and it was repaired within 2 hours by Shawn (thank you Shawn)

I tried canceling my subscription a week before my renewal and they say I didn't do it right. You would thing a quality company would see the cancelation. Instead they charged me for another year.

Easy to use and transfer quotes into bills

Please read the reviews before you spend your money, the price is double than what they are stating on their website. I used the invoice one time, and then the second time that I tried to use it, they said that my invoice didn’t go through and they gave me a different price. I have a small business so I only use 1 invoice per month, but I won’t be using their services anymore and I will be disputing the charges on Monday with my Bank.

Making invoices simple to do makes it easier to generate estimates and invoices

Will be leaving this app after around 5 years of use
I was happy with it but sudden price rises and now capped at 10 invoices per month unless you subscribe to a premium plan at a much higher price is an absolute joke
Looking forward to saying no thank you on renewal
