I've used Introcar a number of times for parts when I was restoring my Shadow II. Since retiring I now ordered a couple of parts online. Ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday. Great service, fair prices and very helpful, experienced staff.

Professionalism from start to finish
The understanding and common sense shown when dealing with a warranty claim (more than two years had passed, but it was a meticulous, long-term restoration) surprised me, because it would have been so easy – and many would have done so – to wash their hands of it.
Of course, this approach is also logical, because each section of the staff is highly specialised and has a deep understanding of the field in which they operate.
And they demonstrate this in their day-to-day work when asked for anything from general information through to placing orders and the subsequent paperwork for customs and shipping.
