We´ve been allways helped by Caracas staff in a very professional and kind way. Omar, Alexandra anr Yeicar have been very helpful everytime we needed them. This is Why we decided to make interwelt our preferent travel assistance company. I am Mauricio from QUANTUM TRAVEL Caracas.

My parents hired a travel insurance with them and they got sick during the trip, they got medical assistace and Interwelt covered everything!
Good service! I wish we can have any other option than BAC (Costa Rica) transfer or paypal

Make sure your plan covers the majority of medical treatments you may need in case of an accident, I even got a pricy one and worked halfway. Customer service is truly unhelpful, you have to constantly repeat things, they promise things they never fulfill, you get wrong resolutions after waiting days, only if you demand to be scalated they try to help you out. My plan doesn't cover physiotherapy, I can't get back to walk normally due to pain, it's been a month now like this, therapy would help me recover faster but have to pay it privatly, I'm on vacation, that's already on me! Just go ahead and search up another company
El servicio al cliente no existe, te dejan esperando dias, dicen cosas que no cumplen, te dan las razones equivocadas, ajenas a tu caso, solo si pides un supervisor te intentan ayudar. Compre un plan un poco costoso e igualmente no cubre el tratamiento de mi accidente, necesito fisioterapia para volver a caminar, llevo un mes de vacaciones encerrada. Mejor busquen otra empresa

He tenido la oportunidad de utilizar los servicios de Interwelt en varias ocasiones para los viajes con mi familia, la compra del seguro de viaje se hace de manera sencilla y tiene una excelente atencion no solo al momento de adquirir el seguro sino en el servicio al cliente durante el viaje, en mi caso he sido atendido por Estefania Olivares quien presta un excelente servicio.
