Intensive Lessons provided top-notch instruction that helped me pass my driving test with flying colors!

I had a terrible experience with this driving company. They took my money and promised to help me prepare for my driving test, but instead, they continuously claimed that I wasn't ready to take the test, even though I felt confident in my abilities. Despite this, they went ahead and booked the test for me without my consent. It wasn't until the last minute that they informed me that I needed more hours of practice, essentially keeping me in a cycle of paying for additional lessons.

To make matters worse, the driving instructor assigned to me, Chris from Redhill, also tried to persuade me to privately hire him and pay him directly instead of going through the company, adding to the sense of being scammed.

I lost my money for the test a few times because they informed me too late to cancel, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to stay far away. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and only interested in taking your money without providing the service they promised. Save yourself the headache and find a different driving company that actually cares about helping you succeed.

Please avoid this company .. .. I wish I have read the trust pilot before I handed over my money .. such a bad experience!!
My 21 year old son was made to feel really uncomfortable during his first lesson.. we immediately notified the company but they couldn’t care less .. they had our money so as far as they were concerned that was that .. no replacement instructor was offered .. like it or lump it attitude ..Feeling so angry 😖 My son lives with his young fiancé and 2 year old baby and is currently studying at the local university .. he is now in dept as they only reimburse £400 half the value of 16 lessons not received .. he was charge for the 2 hours spent with the negative instructor plus lost payment for 2 hour lessons he felt obliged to make for the following week .. that was lost because 2 weeks notice was require?!!!!
Feeling sickened to the stomach .. we have been ghosted .. no one from this company coukd care less .. what a shameful attitude..

Fast response from beginning to end with intensive lessons. Had theory and practical test book very quickly and through them I got the most incredible driving instructor. There are not enough words to describe how incredible John (Ian) Campbell was. Everything you could wish for in an instructor. He made learning to drive such an enjoyable experience and thanks to him I passed my test first time with zero faults. I would recommend everyone do intensive lessons with him.

The company will match you with an independent instructor and book your test for you. However, on the day of the test, my instructor sent me a message stating that the company had not paid them in full and, as a result, wouldn't be able to take me to the test. I reached out to the company, and they informed me that they are in the midst of a dispute with the instructor, who is attempting to extract more money from them. The company refused to take responsibility for the instructor's behaviour, leading to me missing my exam. So far, they have declined to provide any solution, as it would result in a loss on my booking for them.

Paid 170 pound deposit for an email recommending that I take a different course. Received no refund after cancelling the course. Poor customer service. Do not recommend. If there was a negative 5 star I would tick it

Really good experience with the company and its learners top class

Absolutely terrible company. What an absolute joke they all are. I’m sure for some people it’s all fine but if you have the slightest problem they will leave you high and dry.

Got nothing bad to say. From booking my lessons to getting behind the wheel and passing my test was all super quick and easy, staff on the phone were friendly and helpful and my driving instructor was brilliant and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

This company is massively overpriced, they will also not refund your money if the instructor they allocate you with cannot do the times/days you need. If you are living in London especially, you will have to take time off work for your lessons to fit in with the instructor's schedule. I had to get on a 30 minute bus ride to meet my instructor, at 7.30 am in the morning (7 months pregnant!). I would advise doing your research first, there are other companies charging a lot less, provide a better service and are alot friendlier!

Very glad I found this site for intensive driving. The team was kind and helpful. They matched the best instructor for the assignment for my son's driving test as quick as possible. The driving instructor's name was Silvia and she was very experienced with 18years under her belt. She was instrumental in helping my son pass 1st time. Money well spent!

Very quick in responding and finding me a good instructor.

It took me 3 months from start to finish ( that's with waiting times for driving test as DVLA cancelled one ) I passed on my 2nd time. Highly recommend. My instructor Tim was amazing and would highly recommend him. Thankyou so much guys! Money definitely worth spent.

Test booking and driving instructor allotments was seamless and quick.. Very responsive whenever I had to call for any enquiries.

Update: My bank were able to verify this company was scamming me and have since chargedback all my money. Was a long journey but I'm glad they won't be able to keep a penny.

Bought a 6 week intensive course as I was moving to the States in Jan and needed to learn how to drive FAST.

Despite booking, they didn't want to start me for another 3 weeks, they then provided an instructor who could only see me once a week and I was simply told to 'make the time' or take less than half my money (I paid £2801) as a refund.

I am still in the process of escalating this case but the pattern seems very clear. They take your money and when you complain on no service being delivered, an incredibly rude person emails you and threatens legal action if you leave a bad review.

Sue away buddy. Your scamming won't last forever.

Excellent company. Great communication. Allocated instructor had great communication skills. Pass first time with only 3 minors after a 20 hour course.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. 5 days of intensive practice and a first time pass with only a few lessons prior. I should have done it sooner!
